380. Campeyyakkhandhake tantibaddhoti tanti vuccati byāpāro, tattha baddho, ussukkaṃ āpannoti attho. Tenāha ‘‘tasmiṃ āvāse’’tiādi.
380. 在《绳律》中,称绑缚为“绳”,此处“绳”指的是“束缚”的行为,意谓将某物缚紧或加以约束。因此,称作“在此安置中”等。

387-8.Hāpanaṃ vā aññathā karaṇaṃ vā natthīti ñattikammassa ñattiyā ekattā hāpanaṃ na sambhavati, tassā ekattā eva pacchā ñattiṭhapanavasena, dvikkhattuṃ ṭhapanavasena ca aññathā karaṇaṃ natthi. Paratoti parivāre. Tanti pabbājanīyakammaṃ, tassāti attho.
387-388. 若无清除或变更,则因规则相同,清除行为不能成立。只有在规则相同时才生效,清除之后无二重固定,无他异之事。‘他人’意谓同伴。‘绳’指的是出家规则,意即如此。

395.Esāti ‘‘bālo’’tiādinā niddiṭṭhapuggalo, appattoti sambandho. Tattha kāraṇamāha ‘‘yasmā’’tiādi. Tattha āveṇikena lakkhaṇenāti pabbājanīyakammassa nimittabhāvena pāḷiyaṃ vuttattā asādhāraṇabhūtena kuladūsakabhāvena. Yadi hesa taṃ kammaṃ appatto, kathaṃ pana sunissāritoti āha ‘‘yasmā panassa ākaṅkhamāno saṅgho pabbājanīyakammaṃ kareyyāti vuttaṃ, tasmā sunissārito’’ti. Tattha vuttanti kammakkhandhake (cūḷava. 27) vuttaṃ.
395. 此处“愚者”等称谓指的是未达者,‘不适当’为其关系词。原因说“因”为开始。由于本出家行为以标记性特征表达,是非常特异的堕落家族行为。若行为不成立,何论精进?于是说“由于他愿意,僧团执行出家行为,故精进”。此语出自律藏(小部27章)。
Ettha pana kuladūsakakammaṃ katvā pabbājanīyakammakatassa terasakakaṇḍakaṭṭhakathāyaṃ ‘‘yasmiṃ vihāre vasantena yasmiṃ gāme kuladūsakakammaṃ kataṃ hoti, tasmiṃ vihāre vā tasmiṃ gāme vā na vasitabba’’ntiādinā (pārā. aṭṭha. 2.433) yā sammāvattanā vuttā, sā itarenāpi pūretabbā. Yaṃ pana paṭippassaddhakammassa kuladūsakassa tattheva aṭṭhakathāyaṃ ‘‘yesu kulesu kuladūsakakammaṃ kataṃ, tato paccayā na gahetabbā’’tiādi vuttaṃ, taṃ na pūretabbaṃ kulasaṅgahassa akatattā. Evaṃ sesakammesupi. Yadi evaṃ ‘‘tajjanīyakammārahassa niyasakammaṃ karoti…pe… evaṃ kho, upāli, adhammakammaṃ hotī’’tiādivacanaṃ (mahāva. 402) virujjhatīti? Na virujjhati saṅghasanniṭṭhānavasena tajjanīyādikammārahattassa sijjhanato. Yassa hi saṅgho ‘‘tajjanīyakammaṃ karomā’’ti sanniṭṭhānaṃ katvā kammavācaṃ sāvento pabbājanīyakammavācaṃ sāveti, tassa kammaṃ adhammakammaṃ hoti. Sace pana ‘‘tasseva pabbājanīyakammameva karomā’’ti sanniṭṭhānaṃ katvā tadeva karoti, tassa taṃ kammaṃ dhammakammanti veditabbaṃ.
此处说若为堕落家族从事出家行为,论述在《长部论集》(八章第433节)有曰:‘在某处住着时,若有堕落家族之行为发生,则不可在该处长住。’此类规范可由他处补足。对于平息行为的堕落家族,论集说:‘若有家族中堕落行为,因缘不足故不应接受。’该处不可补足家族联系之缺失。余下行为亦同。若说‘堕落家族所作不法行为……如是,如彼,故不合法’(大部402节),则不因僧团之设立而消除。因僧团若已立,制止他人说‘不可作堕落家族行为’,却许可作出家行为,彼行为为不合法业。若只立约‘应作此出家行为’,则彼行为视为合法。故须判别是非。
Evamidha ‘‘nissāraṇa’’nti adhippetassa pabbājanīyakammassa vasena atthaṃ dassetvā idāni tadaññesaṃ tajjanīyādīnaṃ vasena nissāraṇe adhippete ‘‘appatto nissāraṇa’’nti imassa paṭipakkhavasena sampatto nissāraṇaṃ, ‘‘tañce saṅgho nissāreti. Sunissārito’’ti atthasambhavaṃ dassetuṃ puna ‘‘tañce saṅgho nissāretīti sace saṅgho’’tiādi vuttaṃ. Tattha tatthāti tajjanīyādikammavisaye, ekenāpi aṅgena nissāraṇā anuññātāti yojanā. Pāḷiyaṃ appatto nissāraṇanti ettha āpanno āveṇikavasena tajjanīyādisaṅkhātaṃ nissāraṇaṃ pattoti attho gahetabbo.
此处以“驱逐”示意附于出家行为的秩序,现前将以驱逐为主者施行,因而与他行为驱逐作对比。说‘行为不成立之驱逐’为反义,成立驱逐为‘僧团驱逐,属精进’之义,复言‘若僧团驱逐’等语。此处指堕落家族等行为,单部归纳驱逐之行为不可特许。巴利文中‘行为不成立的驱逐’谓为疏远、驱除堕落家族等恶行为,应视为接受。
