Tena samayena buddho bhagavā sāvatthiyaṃ viharati jetavane anāthapiṇḍikassa ārāme. Tena kho pana samayena sāḷho migāranattā bhikkhunisaṅghassa vihāraṃ kattukāmo hoti. Atha kho sāḷho migāranattā bhikkhuniyo upasaṅkamitvā etadavoca – ‘‘icchāmahaṃ, ayye, bhikkhunisaṅghassa vihāraṃ kātuṃ. Detha me navakammikaṃ bhikkhuni’’nti. Tena kho pana samayena catasso bhaginiyo bhikkhunīsu pabbajitā honti – nandā, nandavatī, sundarīnandā, thullanandāti. Tāsu sundarīnandā bhikkhunī taruṇapabbajitā abhirūpā hoti dassanīyā pāsādikā paṇḍitā byattā medhāvinī dakkhā analasā, tatrupāyāya vīmaṃsāya samannāgatā, alaṃ kātuṃ alaṃ saṃvidhātuṃ. Atha kho bhikkhunisaṅgho sundarīnandaṃ bhikkhuniṃ sammannitvā sāḷhassa migāranattuno navakammikaṃ adāsi. Tena kho pana samayena sundarīnandā bhikkhunī sāḷhassa migāranattuno nivesanaṃ abhikkhaṇaṃ gacchati – ‘‘vāsiṃ detha, parasuṃ detha, kuṭhāriṃ detha, kuddālaṃ detha, nikhādanaṃ dethā’’ti. Sāḷhopi migāranattā bhikkhunupassayaṃ abhikkhaṇaṃ gacchati katākataṃ jānituṃ. Te abhiṇhadassanena paṭibaddhacittā ahesuṃ.
那时,佛陀世尊住在沙瓦提城揭德林阿那他宾地咖的园林。那时,弥伽罗的孙子沙喇想要为比库尼僧团建造住所。于是,弥伽罗的孙子沙喇前往比库尼们处,对她们说:「尊者,我想为比库尼僧团建造住所。请给我一位负责新建工程的比库尼。」那时,有四位姐妹在比库尼中出家,即:难陀、难陀瓦帝、孙达哩难陀、图喇难陀。其中孙达哩难陀比库尼是年轻的出家者,端正、好看、悦意,聪慧、精明、有智慧,能干、不懈怠,具足适当的审察,能够做、能够安排。于是比库尼僧团指派孙达哩难陀比库尼,将她作为负责新建工程者给予弥伽罗的孙子沙喇。那时,孙达哩难陀比库尼常常前往弥伽罗的孙子沙喇的住处:「给斧头,给锯子,给小斧,给锄头,给钉子。」弥伽罗的孙子沙喇也常常前往比库尼住所,想知道已做和未做的事。他们因频繁相见而心生执着。
Atha kho sāḷho migāranattā sundarīnandaṃ bhikkhuniṃ dūsetuṃ okāsaṃ alabhamāno etadevatthāya bhikkhunisaṅghassa bhattaṃ akāsi. Atha kho sāḷho migāranattā bhattagge āsanaṃ paññapento – ‘‘ettakā bhikkhuniyo ayyāya sundarīnandāya vuḍḍhatarā’’ti ekamantaṃ āsanaṃ paññapesi ‘‘ettakā navakatarā’’ti – ekamantaṃ āsanaṃ paññapesi. Paṭicchanne okāse nikūṭe sundarīnandāya bhikkhuniyā āsanaṃ paññapesi, yathā therā bhikkhuniyo jāneyyuṃ – ‘‘navakānaṃ bhikkhunīnaṃ santike nisinnā’’ti; navakāpi bhikkhuniyo jāneyyuṃ – ‘‘therānaṃ bhikkhunīnaṃ santike nisinnā’’ti. Atha kho sāḷho migāranattā bhikkhunisaṅghassa kālaṃ ārocāpesi – ‘‘kālo, ayye, niṭṭhitaṃ bhatta’’nti. Sundarīnandā bhikkhunī sallakkhetvā – ‘‘na bahukato sāḷho migāranattā bhikkhunisaṅghassa bhattaṃ akāsi; maṃ so dūsetukāmo. Sacāhaṃ gamissāmi vissaro me bhavissatī’’ti, antevāsiniṃ bhikkhuniṃ āṇāpesi – ‘‘gaccha me piṇḍapātaṃ nīhara. Yo ce maṃ pucchati, ‘gilānā’ti paṭivedehī’’ti. ‘‘Evaṃ, ayye’’ti kho sā bhikkhunī sundarīnandāya bhikkhuniyā paccassosi.
于是,弥伽罗的孙子沙喇找不到机会污染孙达哩难陀比库尼,为此目的而为比库尼僧团设食。于是,弥伽罗的孙子沙喇在食堂安排座位时,「这么多比库尼比尊者孙达哩难陀年长」,在一边安排座位;「这么多比较年轻」,在一边安排座位。他在隐蔽的地方、隐秘处为孙达哩难陀比库尼安排座位,使得长老比库尼们会认为「她坐在年轻比库尼们旁边」,年轻比库尼们也会认为「她坐在长老比库尼们旁边」。于是,弥伽罗的孙子沙喇令人向比库尼僧团报时:「尊者,时候到了,食物已备办。」孙达哩难陀比库尼察觉到:「弥伽罗的孙子沙喇不是为比库尼僧团大量设食;他想污染我。如果我去,我会失去名誉。」她吩咐弟子比库尼:「去为我取回钵食。如果有人问我,就说『生病』。」「是的,尊者。」那位比库尼应诺孙达哩难陀比库尼。
Tena kho pana samayena sāḷho migāranattā bahidvārakoṭṭhake ṭhito hoti sundarīnandaṃ bhikkhuniṃ paṭipucchanto – ‘‘kahaṃ, ayye, ayyā sundarīnandā? Kahaṃ, ayye, ayyā sundarīnandā’’ti? Evaṃ vutte sundarīnandāya bhikkhuniyā antevāsinī bhikkhunī sāḷhaṃ migāranattāraṃ etadavoca – ‘‘gilānāvuso; piṇḍapātaṃ nīharissāmī’’ti. Atha kho sāḷho migāranattā – ‘‘yampāhaṃ atthāya bhikkhunisaṅghassa bhattaṃ akāsiṃ ayyāya sundarīnandāya kāraṇā’’ti manusse āṇāpetvā – ‘‘bhikkhunisaṅghaṃ bhattena parivisathā’’ti vatvā yena bhikkhunupassayo tenupasaṅkami. Tena kho pana samayena sundarīnandā bhikkhunī bahārāmakoṭṭhake ṭhitā hoti sāḷhaṃ migāranattāraṃ patimānentī. Addasā kho sundarīnandā bhikkhunī sāḷhaṃ migāranattāraṃ dūratova āgacchantaṃ. Disvāna upassayaṃ pavisitvā sasīsaṃ pārupitvā mañcake nipajji. Atha kho sāḷho migāranattā yena sundarīnandā bhikkhunī tenupasaṅkami; upasaṅkamitvā sundarīnandaṃ bhikkhuniṃ etadavoca – ‘‘kiṃ te, ayye, aphāsu, kissa nipannāsī’’ti? ‘‘Evañhetaṃ, āvuso, hoti yā anicchantaṃ icchatī’’ti. ‘‘Kyāhaṃ taṃ, ayye , na icchissāmi? Api cāhaṃ okāsaṃ na labhāmi taṃ dūsetu’’nti. Avassuto avassutāya sundarīnandāya bhikkhuniyā kāyasaṃsaggaṃ samāpajji.
那时,弥伽罗的孙子沙喇站在外门厅,询问孙达哩难陀比库尼:「尊者,尊者孙达哩难陀在哪里?尊者,尊者孙达哩难陀在哪里?」如此说时,孙达哩难陀比库尼的弟子比库尼对弥伽罗的孙子沙喇说:「朋友,她生病了;我将取回钵食。」于是,弥伽罗的孙子沙喇想:「我为比库尼僧团设食的目的,是因为尊者孙达哩难陀的缘故。」他吩咐人们:「用食物供养比库尼僧团。」说完后,前往比库尼住所。那时,孙达哩难陀比库尼站在外园门厅,等待弥伽罗的孙子沙喇。孙达哩难陀比库尼远远地看见弥伽罗的孙子沙喇走来。看见后,进入住所,蒙头躺在床上。于是,弥伽罗的孙子沙喇前往孙达哩难陀比库尼处;到达后,对孙达哩难陀比库尼说:「尊者,你不舒服吗?为什么躺着?」「朋友,就是这样,当不想要的人想要时。」「尊者,我怎么会不想要你?只是我找不到机会污染你。」有漏者与有漏的孙达哩难陀比库尼发生了身体接触。
Tena kho pana samayena aññatarā bhikkhunī jarādubbalā caraṇagilānā sundarīnandāya bhikkhuniyā avidūre nipannā hoti. Addasā kho sā bhikkhunī sāḷhaṃ migāranattāraṃ avassutaṃ avassutāya sundarīnandāya bhikkhuniyā kāyasaṃsaggaṃ samāpajjantaṃ. Disvāna ujjhāyati khiyyati vipāceti – ‘‘kathañhi nāma ayyā sundarīnandā avassutā avassutassa purisapuggalassa kāyasaṃsaggaṃ sādiyissatī’’ti ! Atha kho sā bhikkhunī bhikkhunīnaṃ etamatthaṃ ārocesi. Yā tā bhikkhuniyo appicchā santuṭṭhā lajjiniyo kukkuccikā sikkhākāmā tā ujjhāyanti khiyyanti vipācenti – ‘‘kathañhi nāma ayyā sundarīnandā avassutā avassutassa purisapuggalassa kāyasaṃsaggaṃ sādiyissatī’’ti! Atha kho tā bhikkhuniyo bhikkhūnaṃ etamatthaṃ ārocesuṃ. Ye te bhikkhū appicchā santuṭṭhā lajjino kukkuccakā sikkhākāmā te ujjhāyanti khiyyanti vipācenti – ‘‘kathañhi nāma sundarīnandā bhikkhunī avassutā avassutassa purisapuggalassa kāyasaṃsaggaṃ sādiyissatī’’ti!
那时,有一位年老体弱、脚有病的比库尼躺在离孙达哩难陀比库尼不远处。那位比库尼看见弥伽罗的孙子沙喇这位有漏者与有漏的孙达哩难陀比库尼发生身体接触。看见后,她不满、呵责、抱怨:「尊者孙达哩难陀怎么会有漏地接受有漏的男子的身体接触呢!」于是,那位比库尼将此事告诉比库尼们。那些少欲、知足、有惭、有愧、乐学的比库尼们不满、呵责、抱怨:「尊者孙达哩难陀怎么会有漏地接受有漏的男子的身体接触呢!」于是,那些比库尼们将此事告诉比库们。那些少欲、知足、有惭、有愧、乐学的比库们不满、呵责、抱怨:「孙达哩难陀比库尼怎么会有漏地接受有漏的男子的身体接触呢!」
Atha kho te bhikkhū sundarīnandaṃ bhikkhuniṃ anekapariyāyena vigarahitvā bhagavato etamatthaṃ ārocesuṃ. Atha kho bhagavā etasmiṃ nidāne etasmiṃ pakaraṇe bhikkhusaṅghaṃ sannipātāpetvā bhikkhū paṭipucchi – ‘‘saccaṃ kira, bhikkhave, sundarīnandā bhikkhunī avassutā avassutassa purisapuggalassa kāyasaṃsaggaṃ sādiyatī’’ti ? ‘‘Saccaṃ, bhagavā’’ti. Vigarahi buddho bhagavā – ‘‘ananucchavikaṃ, bhikkhave, sundarīnandāya bhikkhuniyā ananulomikaṃ appatirūpaṃ assāmaṇakaṃ akappiyaṃ akaraṇīyaṃ. Kathañhi nāma, bhikkhave, sundarīnandā bhikkhunī avassutā avassutassa purisapuggalassa kāyasaṃsaggaṃ sādiyissati! Netaṃ, bhikkhave, appasannānaṃ vā pasādāya pasannānaṃ vā bhiyyobhāvāya. Atha khvetaṃ, bhikkhave , appasannānañceva appasādāya pasannānañca ekaccānaṃ aññathattāyā’’ti. Atha kho bhagavā sundarīnandaṃ bhikkhuniṃ anekapariyāyena vigarahitvā dubbharatāya dupposatāya mahicchatāya asantuṭṭhitāya saṅgaṇikāya kosajjassa avaṇṇaṃ bhāsitvā, anekapariyāyena subharatāya suposatāya appicchassa santuṭṭhassa sallekhassa dhutassa pāsādikassa apacayassa vīriyārambhassa vaṇṇaṃ bhāsitvā, bhikkhūnaṃ tadanucchavikaṃ tadanulomikaṃ dhammiṃ kathaṃ katvā bhikkhū āmantesi – ‘‘tena hi, bhikkhave, bhikkhunīnaṃ sikkhāpadaṃ paññapessāmi dasa atthavase paṭicca – saṅghasuṭṭhutāya, saṅghaphāsutāya, dummaṅkūnaṃ bhikkhunīnaṃ niggahāya , pesalānaṃ bhikkhunīnaṃ phāsuvihārāya, diṭṭhadhammikānaṃ āsavānaṃ saṃvarāya, samparāyikānaṃ āsavānaṃ paṭighātāya, appasannānaṃ pasādāya, pasannānaṃ bhiyyobhāvāya, saddhammaṭṭhitiyā vinayānuggahāya. Evañca pana, bhikkhave, bhikkhuniyo imaṃ sikkhāpadaṃ uddisantu –
于是,那些比库们以种种方式呵责孙达哩难陀比库尼后,将此事禀告世尊。于是,世尊以此因缘、以此事件,召集比库僧团,询问比库们:「比库们,听说孙达哩难陀比库尼有漏地接受有漏的男子的身体接触,是真的吗?」「是真的,世尊。」佛陀世尊呵责:「比库们,孙达哩难陀比库尼所做的不适当、不随顺、不合适、非沙门所为、不应允许、不应做。比库们,孙达哩难陀比库尼怎么会有漏地接受有漏的男子的身体接触呢!比库们,这不能使未信者生信,已信者增长信心。比库们,这只会使未信者不生信,已信者中的一些人改变。」于是,世尊以种种方式呵责孙达哩难陀比库尼后,说了难养、难满足、多欲、不知足、结党、懈怠的过失,以种种方式说了易养、易满足、少欲、知足、头陀、清净、悦意、减损、精进的功德后,对比库们作了适当、随顺的法谈,然后告诉比库们:「那么,比库们,我将为比库尼制定学处,基于十种利益:为了僧团的善,为了僧团的安乐,为了折服无耻的比库尼,为了善良比库尼的安住,为了防护现法的诸漏,为了遮止来世的诸漏,为了使未信者生信,为了使已信者增长信心,为了正法久住,为了护持律。比库们,比库尼们应当如此诵此学处——

ti yā yādisā yathāyuttā yathājaccā yathānāmā yathāgottā yathāsīlā yathāvihārinī yathāgocarā therā vā navā vā majjhimā vā, esā vuccati yā panāti.
「若」:无论哪一位、什么样的、相应的、出生的、名字的、姓氏的、戒行的、住处的、行境的,无论是长老、年轻或中等,这称为「若」。
ti bhikkhikāti bhikkhunī; bhikkhācariyaṃ ajjhupagatāti bhikkhunī; bhinnapaṭadharāti bhikkhunī ; samaññāya bhikkhunī; paṭiññāya bhikkhunī; ehi bhikkhunīti bhikkhunī; tīhi saraṇagamanehi upasampannāti bhikkhunī; bhadrā bhikkhunī; sārā bhikkhunī; sekhā bhikkhunī; asekhā bhikkhunī; samaggena ubhatosaṅghena ñatticatutthena kammena akuppena ṭhānārahena upasampannāti bhikkhunī. Tatra yāyaṃ bhikkhunī samaggena ubhatosaṅghena ñatticatutthena kammena akuppena ṭhānārahena upasampannā, ayaṃ imasmiṃ atthe adhippetā bhikkhunīti.
「比库尼」:比库尼;已从事乞食行者是比库尼;着破布衣者是比库尼;以称呼为比库尼;以承认为比库尼;以「来,比库尼」为比库尼;以三归依受具足者为比库尼;贤善的比库尼;精要的比库尼;有学的比库尼;无学的比库尼;以和合的二部僧团、白四甘马、不可破坏的、如法的受具足者为比库尼。其中,这位以和合的二部僧团、白四甘马、不可破坏的、如法的受具足的比库尼,在此义中所指的是「比库尼」。

「有漏」:名为有染、有期待、心执着。

名为染着者、有期待者、心被束缚者。

名为人男子,非亚卡、非饿鬼、非畜生,有智、有能力进入身体接触。

ti seyyathāpi nāma puriso sīsacchinno abhabbo tena sarīrabandhanena jīvituṃ, evameva bhikkhunī avassutā avassutassa purisapuggalassa adhakkhakaṃ ubbhajāṇumaṇḍalaṃ āmasanaṃ vā parāmasanaṃ vā gahaṇaṃ vā chupanaṃ vā paṭipīḷanaṃ vā sādiyantī assamaṇī hoti asakyadhītā. Tena vuccati pārājikā hotīti.
犹如名为被斩首的人,以那身体的连结无法生存,如是,比库尼漏失者接受漏失的男子人从锁骨以下膝轮以上的触摸、或抚摸、或握持、或触碰、或压迫,即非沙门、非释迦之女。因此说「成巴拉基咖」。
ti nāma ekakammaṃ ekuddeso samasikkhatā, eso saṃvāso nāma. So tāya saddhiṃ natthi, tena vuccati asaṃvāsāti.
名为一业、一诵、同学,这名为共住。那与她不存在,因此说「非共住」。

尔时,佛世尊住在沙瓦提城揭德林给孤独园。其时,孙达莉难陀比库尼与沙喇米嘎拉那孙怀孕了。当胎儿尚幼小时,她隐藏了。胎儿成熟时,她分娩生产了。诸比库尼对图喇难陀比库尼如是说:「尊者,孙达莉难陀刚分娩生产了。难道她身为比库尼却怀孕了吗?」「是的,尊者。」「那么,尊者,你为何明知比库尼犯了巴拉基咖法,既不自己诘责她,也不向僧团报告呢?」「她的恶名就是我的恶名,她的恶声就是我的恶声,她的恶誉就是我的恶誉,她的损失就是我的损失。尊者,我怎能向他人报告自己的恶名、自己的恶声、自己的恶誉、自己的损失呢?」那些少欲的比库尼……她们非难、呵责、传播:「尊者图喇难陀怎能明知比库尼犯了巴拉基咖法,既不自己诘责她,也不向僧团报告呢!」于是,那些比库尼向诸比库报告此事。诸比库向世尊报告此事。于是,世尊以此因缘、以此事件召集比库僧团,询问诸比库:「诸比库,听说图喇难陀比库尼明知比库尼犯了巴拉基咖法,既不自己诘责她,也不向僧团报告,是真实的吗?」「是真实的,世尊。」佛世尊呵责……「诸比库,图喇难陀比库尼怎能明知比库尼犯了巴拉基咖法,既不自己诘责她,也不向僧团报告呢!诸比库,这不能使未信者生信……诸比库,诸比库尼应当如此诵此学处——」

名为住于相者。名为已命终者。名为自己还俗或被他人驱摈。名为转入外道者。她后来如此说:「尊者,我先前已知此比库尼,那位姊妹是如此如此者。」

犹如黄叶从束缚解脱,不能再成为绿色,同样地,比库尼知道犯巴拉基咖法的比库尼,「我既不会自己检举,也不会告知僧团」,当舍弃责任时,即非沙门、非释迦之女。因此说「成为巴拉基咖」。
ti nāma ekakammaṃ ekuddeso samasikkhatā. Eso saṃvāso nāma. So tāya saddhiṃ natthi. Tena vuccati asaṃvāsāti.
这称为一业、一诵、同学。这称为共住。与她没有那个(共住)。因此说「不共住」。

「僧团已劝谏名为某某的比库尼舍弃那个事。僧团认可,因此默然,我如此持。」

尔时,佛世尊住在沙瓦提城揭德林给孤独园。其时,六群比库尼有染,接受有染的男子人的握手,接受握桑喀帝角,站立,交谈,赴约会,接受男子的来访,进入隐蔽处,为了行此非法而以身相就。诸少欲比库尼……她们抱怨、呵责、传播:「六群比库尼怎能有染而接受有染的男子人的握手,接受握桑喀帝角,站立,交谈,赴约会,接受男子的来访,进入隐蔽处,为了行此非法而以身相就呢?」……诸比库,六群比库尼有染而接受有染的男子人的握手,接受握桑喀帝角,站立,交谈,赴约会,接受男子的来访,进入隐蔽处,为了行此非法而以身相就,是真实的吗?「是真实的,世尊。」佛世尊呵责……诸比库,六群比库尼怎能有染而接受有染的男子人的握手,接受握桑喀帝角,站立,交谈,赴约会,接受男子的来访,进入隐蔽处,为了行此非法而以身相就呢!诸比库,此非令未信者生信……诸比库,诸比库尼应如此诵此学处——

ti yā yādisā…pe… ti…pe… ayaṃ imasmiṃ atthe adhippetā bhikkhunīti.
「比库尼」者,……在此义中所指的是比库尼。
nāma sārattā apekkhavatī paṭibaddhacittā.
「有染」者,名为有贪染、有期望、心被束缚。
nāma sāratto apekkhavā paṭibaddhacitto.
「有染的」者,名为有贪染、有期望、心被束缚。
nāma manussapuriso, na yakkho na peto na tiracchānagato viññū paṭibalo kāyasaṃsaggaṃ samāpajjituṃ.
「男子人」者,名为人类男子,非亚卡、非饿鬼、非畜生,有智、能够行身接触。
ti hattho nāma kapparaṃ upādāya yāva agganakhā. Etassa asaddhammassa paṭisevanatthāya ubbhakkhakaṃ adhojāṇumaṇḍalaṃ gahaṇaṃ sādiyati, āpatti thullaccayassa.
「握手」者,手名为从肘起直至指甲尖。为了行此非法而接受握肘以下膝盖以上,犯土喇吒亚。
ti etassa asaddhammassa paṭisevanatthāya nivatthaṃ vā pārutaṃ vā gahaṇaṃ sādiyati, āpatti thullaccayassa.
「握桑喀帝角」者,为了行此非法而接受握未穿着的或已披着的,犯土喇吒亚。
ti etassa asaddhammassa paṭisevanatthāya purisassa hatthapāse tiṭṭhati, āpatti thullaccayassa.
为了行此非法之事而站在男子的手臂所及之处,犯土喇吒亚。
ti etassa asaddhammassa paṭisevanatthāya purisassa hatthapāse ṭhitā sallapati, āpatti thullaccayassa.
为了行此非法之事而站在男子的手臂所及之处交谈,犯土喇吒亚。
ti etassa asaddhammassa paṭisevanatthāya purisena – ‘‘itthannāmaṃ okāsaṃ āgacchā’’ti – vuttā gacchati. Pade pade āpatti dukkaṭassa. Purisassa hatthapāsaṃ okkantamatte āpatti thullaccayassa.
为了行此非法之事,被男子说「来某某地方」而前往。每一步犯恶作。进入男子手臂所及之处时,犯土喇吒亚。
ti etassa asaddhammassa paṭisevanatthāya purisassa abbhāgamanaṃ sādiyati, āpatti dukkaṭassa. Hatthapāsaṃ okkantamatte āpatti thullaccayassa.
为了行此非法之事而同意男子前来,犯恶作。进入手臂所及之处时,犯土喇吒亚。
ti etassa asaddhammassa paṭisevanatthāya yena kenaci paṭicchannaṃ okāsaṃ paviṭṭhamatte āpatti thullaccayassa.
为了行此非法之事而进入任何隐蔽的地方时,犯土喇吒亚。
ti etassa asaddhammassa paṭisevanatthāya purisassa hatthapāse ṭhitā kāyaṃ upasaṃharati, āpatti thullaccayassa.
为了行此非法之事而站在男子的手臂所及之处,靠近身体,犯土喇吒亚。
ti purimāyo upādāya vuccati.
这是依前面的而说的。
ti seyyathāpi nāma tālo matthakacchinno abhabbo puna viruḷhiyā evameva bhikkhunī aṭṭhamaṃ vatthuṃ paripūrentī assamaṇī hoti asakyadhītā. Tena vuccati pārājikā hotīti.
犹如截断顶端的多罗树不能再生长,同样地,比库尼圆满第八事者,即非沙门,非释迦之女。因此说「成巴拉基咖」。
ti nāma ekakammaṃ ekuddeso samasikkhatā. Eso saṃvāso nāma. So tāya saddhiṃ natthi. Tena vuccati asaṃvāsāti.
这称为一业、一诵、同学。这称为共住。与她没有那个。因此说「不共住」。

Anāpatti asañcicca, assatiyā, ajānantiyā, asādiyantiyā, ummattikāya, khittacittāya, vedanāṭṭāya, ādikammikāyāti.
无犯:无意的、忘失的、不知的、不同意的、疯狂者、心乱者、受痛苦所恼者、初犯者。
Catutthapārājikaṃ samattaṃ. · 第四巴拉基咖完
Uddiṭṭhā kho, ayyāyo, aṭṭha pārājikā dhammā. Yesaṃ bhikkhunī aññataraṃ vā aññataraṃ vā āpajjitvā na labhati bhikkhunīhi saddhiṃ saṃvāsaṃ, yathā pure tathā pacchā, pārājikā hoti asaṃvāsā. Tatthāyyāyo pucchāmi – ‘‘kaccittha parisuddhā’’? Dutiyampi pucchāmi – ‘‘kaccittha parisuddhā’’? Tatiyampi pucchāmi – ‘‘kaccittha parisuddhā’’? Parisuddhetthāyyāyo, tasmā tuṇhī, evametaṃ dhārayāmīti.
诸具寿尼,已诵八巴拉基咖法。比库尼若犯其中任何一条,不得与诸比库尼共住,如前,如后,她是巴拉基咖、不共住。于此我问诸具寿尼——「于此是否清净?」第二次我问——「于此是否清净?」第三次我问——「于此是否清净?」诸具寿尼于此清净,因此默然,我如是持。
