Pucchā – yaṃ tena āvuso bhagavatā…pe… sammāsambuddhena atirekacīvaraṃ dasāhaṃ atikkāmentassa nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ.
问曰:尊敬的世尊,现在世尊这位正自觉者持有超出三衣以上的额外衣物,其不应持有的巴吉帝亚(悔过戒)究竟规定于何处?
Vissajjanā – vesāliyaṃ bhante paññattaṃ.
回答曰:该规定在舍卫国城中。
Pucchā – kaṃ āvuso ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:尊敬的长老,请问此戒由何位比库开始,于何物品中制定?
Vissajjanā – chabbaggiye bhante bhikkhū ārabbha paññattaṃ, chabbaggiyā bhante bhikkhū atirekacīvaraṃ dhāresuṃ, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
回答曰:由长老查帕吉发起,制戒内容涉及那些着额外衣物的比库,戒文即在该物品中规定。

Pucchā – ekarattaṃ āvuso ticivarena vippavasantassa nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ bhagavatā kattha paññattaṃ.
问曰:尊敬的世尊,持一套三衣而越限使用所致的不应持有的悔过戒,由世尊究竟规定于何处?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante paññattaṃ.
回答曰:该规定在舍卫国城中。
Pucchā – kaṃ āvuso ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问言:尊者,请问是从何时起,在何种事项上规定了?
Vissajjanā – sambahule bhante bhikkhū ārabbha paññattaṃ, sambahulā bhante bhikkhū bhikkhūnaṃ hatthe cīvaraṃ nikkhipitvā santaruttarena janapadacārikaṃ pakkamiṃsu, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答言:尊者,僧团广大时,众比库开始制定规定,众多比库将袈裟放在手中,以队形沿路行进时,此事项上有规定。

问言:尊者,擅自取用不合时节的袈裟,超过一月,世尊于何处制定了驱摈悔过的戒律?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante paññattaṃ.
答言:是在沙瓦提制定的,尊者。
Pucchā – kaṃ āvuso ārabbbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问言:尊者,请问是从何时起,在何种事项上规定了?
Vissajjanā – sambahule bhante bhikkhū ārabbha paññattaṃ, sambahulā bhante bhikkhū akālacīvaraṃ paṭiggahetvā māsaṃ atikkāmesuṃ, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答言:尊者,僧团广大时,众比库开始制定规定,众多比库擅自取用不合时节的袈裟,超过一月,此事项上有规定。

1. Cīvaravagga 4. purāṇacīvara sikkhāpucchā
第一章 衣法门 第四节 旧衣教育之问
Pucchā – aññātikāya āvuso bhikkhuniyā purāṇacīvaraṃ dhovāpentassa nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ bhagavatā kattha paññattaṃ.
问曰:尊者问,某别的比库尼洗涤旧衣时,依律令应当何处舍弃巴吉帝?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante paññattaṃ.
答曰:舍卫城制定。
Pucchā – kaṃ āvuso ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:尊者问,从何时开始,依何事物制定?
Vissajjanā – āyasmantaṃ bhante udāyiṃ ārabbha paññattaṃ, āyasmā bhante udāyī aññātikāya bhikkhuniyā purāṇacīvaraṃ dhovāpesi, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答曰:尊者,自伍答夷尊者开始制定。若尊者伍答夷由别的比库尼洗涤旧衣,其处乃制定所在。

1. Cīvaravagga 5. cīvarapaṭiggahaṇa sikkhāpucchā
第一章 衣法门 第五节 受衣教育之问
Pucchā – aññātikāya āvuso bhikkhuniyā hatthato cīvaraṃ paṭiggaṇhantassa nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ bhagavatā kattha paññattaṃ.
问:世尊,外人即非比库尼者,亲手收受衣服时,不净过由世尊何处规定?
Vissajjanā – rājagahe bhante paññattaṃ.
答:在王舍城,尊者,是由世尊所规定的。
Pucchā – kaṃ āvuso ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问:尊者,何时起,何事物上规定?
Vissajjanā – āyasmantaṃ bhante udāyiṃ ārabbha paññattaṃ, āyasmā bhante udāyī aññātikāya bhikkhuniyā hatthato cīvaraṃ paṭiggahesi, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答:尊者,是由尊者伍答夷起始规定,尊者伍答夷亲手收受外人即非比库尼的衣服,这事物上有所规定。

1. Cīvaravagga 6. aññātakaviññatti sikkhāpucchā
一、衣服品第六。关于外人衣服报道的戒问。
Pucchā – aññātakaṃ āvuso gahapatiṃvā gahatāniṃvā cīvaraṃ viññāpentassa nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ bhagavatā kattha paññattaṃ.
问:世尊,外人即非比库尼,丈夫或丈夫者收受衣服者,取衣不净过由世尊何处规定?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante paññattaṃ.
解释曰:此处在沙瓦提地已被规定。
Pucchā – kaṃ āvuso ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:朋友啊,从何时起在何种物品中被制定了?
Vissajjanā – āyasmantaṃ bhante upanandaṃ sakyaputtaṃ ārabbha paññattaṃ, āyasmā bhante upanando sakyaputto aññātakaṃ seṭṭhiputtaṃ cīvaraṃ viññāpesi, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
解释曰:在此物品中,规定始于具寿尊者伍波难德,萨伽子。具寿尊者伍波难德,萨伽子,宣示了一位名为舍提子之人的袈裟,于是此物品的规定建立。

1. Cīvaravagga 7. tatuttari sikkhāpucchā
第一篇 袈裟品第七 复问更前规章
Pucchā – aññātakaṃ āvuso gahapatiṃ vā gahapatāniṃ vā tatuttari cīvaraṃ viññāpentassa nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ bhagavatā kattha paññattaṃ.
问曰:朋友啊,若有人袒露非亲属婆罗门或婆罗门妻子之袈裟,佛陀处以何处制定的尼萨耆亚巴吉帝亚为戒?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante paññattaṃ.
解释曰:此处在沙瓦提地已被规定。
Pucchā – kaṃ āvuso ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:「尊者,开始时是在哪一事项上规定的?」
Vissajjanā – chabbaggiye bhante bhikkhū ārabbha paññattaṃ, chabbaggiyā bhante bhikkhū na mattaṃ jānitvā bahumpi cīvaraṃ viññāpesuṃ, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答曰:「尊者,在六事中,尊敬的比库们开始规定这些事;六事中尊敬的比库们,既不单单了解节度,也不止于此,多次将袈裟交付他人,这在此事项上被规定。」
Pucchā – pubbe appavāritassa āvuso aññātakaṃ gahapatiṃ vā gahatāniṃ vā upasaṅkamitvā cīvare vikappaṃ āpajjantassa ca aññātake gahapatike upasaṅkamitvā cīvare vikappaṃ āpajjantassa ca nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ bhagavatā kattha paññattaṃ.
问曰:「尊者,先前未曾被揭发者,若有比库接近不认识的男主人或女人,并在袈裟上留下污点;若向不认识的男主人接近且袈裟上留下污点,世尊于何处规定此为应弃犯戒的过失?」
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante paññattaṃ.
答曰:「此规定于舍卫城。」
Pucchā – kaṃ āvuso ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:「尊者,开始时是在何事项上规定的?」
Vissajjanā – āyasmantaṃ bhante upanandaṃ sakyaputtaṃ ārabbha paññattaṃ, āyasmā bhante upanando sakyaputto pubbe appavārito aññātakaṃ gahapatikaṃ upasaṅkamitvā cīvare vikappaṃ āpajji. Soyeva bhante āyasmā upanando sakyaputto pubbe appavārito aññātake gahapatike upasaṅkamitvā cīvare vikappaṃ āpajji, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答曰:「尊者,是针对具寿尊者伍波难德·释迦子制定的。具寿尊者伍波难德·释迦子,先前未曾被揭发,曾接近一位不认识的男主人,其袈裟上留下污点。正因具寿尊者伍波难德·释迦子先前未被揭发,曾接近该不认识的男主人且袈裟上留下污点,此事在此事项上被规定。」
1. Cīvaravagga 10. rāja sikkhāpucchā1. 衣品 10. 王学处问
Pucchā – atirekatikkhattuṃ āvuso codanāya atireka chakkhattuṃ ṭhānena cīvaraṃ abhinipphādentassa nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ bhagavatā kattha paññattaṃ.
问:尊者,对于过量多时段内,弟子为了阻止他人夺取异常多时段的布衫,故意占据该处,这样的弃衣戒过失,世尊在哪里规定?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante paññattaṃ.
答:于沙瓦提处,尊者,有此规定。
Pucchā – kaṃ āvuso ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问:尊者,该戒责是从谁起始,针对何事规定?
Vissajjanā – āyasmantaṃ bhante upanandaṃ sakyaputtaṃ ārabbha paññattaṃ, āyasmā bhante upanando sakyaputto upāsakena ajjaṇho bhante āgamehīti vuccamāno nāgamesi, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答:尊者,是从尊敬的伍波难德长老,一位舍仓族子弟起始规定。尊者,这位伍波难德被称作迦旃延族子,由近事男称其为非长老,故有此戒责规定,尊者。
2. Kosiyavagga, 1. kosiya sikkhāpucchā2. 国西亚品,1. 国西亚学处问
Pucchā – kosiyamissakaṃ āvuso santhakaṃ kārāpentassa nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ bhagavatā kattha paññattaṃ.
问:尊者,关于禁止沙门在捆束组织织物过程中作弊,此弃衣戒规定,世尊在哪里制定?
Vissajjanā – āḷaviyaṃ bhante paññattaṃ.
答:于阿拉维处,尊者,有此规定。
Pucchā – kaṃ 0 āvuso ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问:「尊者,究竟从何时开始,在何事上制定了规矩?」
Vissajjanā – chabbaggiye bhante ārabbha paññattaṃ, chabbaggiyā bhante bhikkhū kosiyakārake upasaṅkamitvā evamahaṃsu bahū āvuso kosakārake pacatha amhākampi dassatha mayampi icchāma kosiyamissakaṃ santakaṃ kātunti, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答:「尊者,规矩始于拘尸那城。在拘尸那,诸比库到拘尸那城的厨师处请求说:‘诸位厨师,请为我们多做些炊事吧,我们也愿意请你们用炊事器皿做一切杀灭的事。’由此,在此事上制定了规矩。」
2. Kosiyavagga 2. suddhakāḷaka sikkhāpucchā二、丝品 (二)纯黑学处问
Pucchā – suddhakāḷakānaṃ āvuso eḷakalomānaṃ santhataṃ kārāpentassa nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ bhagavatā kattha paññattaṃ.
问:「尊者,关于干净器皿中秃鬚毛的束缚,不放弃即悔过的戒条,是由世尊在哪里制定的?」
Vissajjanā – vesāliyaṃ bhante paññatthaṃ.
答:「是在韦萨离制定的,尊者。」
Pucchā – kaṃ āvuso ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问:「尊者,究竟从何时开始,在何事上制定了规矩?」
Vissajjanā – chabbaggiye bhante bhikkhū ārabbha paññattaṃ, chabbaggiyā bhante bhikkhū suddhakāḷakānaṃ eḷakalomānaṃ santhataṃ kārāpesuṃ, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答:「尊者,规矩始于拘尸那城。诸比库开始在拘尸那做规矩,诸比库为干净器皿中秃鬚毛的束缚而制定规矩,这即是在此事上制定了规矩,尊者。」
2. Kosiyavagga 3. dvebhāga sikkhāpucchā二、丝品 (三)二分学处问
Pucchā – anādiyitvā āvuso tulaṃ odātānaṃ tulaṃ gocariyānaṃ navaṃ santhataṃ kārāpentassa nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ bhagavatā kattha paññattaṃ.
问曰:「尊者,不经开始,关于秤杆秤盘的新制整备者的尼萨耆亚巴吉帝亚戒律,世尊在哪里制定?」
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante paññattaṃ.
答曰:「在沙瓦提,尊者制定。」
Pucchā – kaṃ āvuso ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:「尊者,何人开始,在什么物品上制定?」
Vissajjanā – chabbaggiye bhante bhikkhū ārabbha paññattaṃ, chabbaggiyā bhante bhikkhū thokaṃyeva odātaṃ ante ādiyitvā tatheva suddhakāḷakānaṃ eḷakalomānaṃ santhataṃ kārāpesuṃ, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答曰:「在成都,尊者比库们开始制定。在成都,尊者比库们刚刚把秤杆的末端切断,随后立即以清洁的白色羊毛编织成细绳,作为秤的固定物,这就是制定的物品,尊者。」
2. Kosiyavagga 4. chabbassa sikkhāpucchā二、丝品 (四)六年学处问
Pucchā – yaṃ tena āvuso bhagavatā…pe… sammāsambuddhena anuvassaṃ kārāpentassa nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ.
问曰:「凭借那位尊者世尊……正自觉者所承续制定的尼萨耆亚巴吉帝亚戒律,在哪里制定?」
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante paññattaṃ.
答曰:「在沙瓦提,尊者制定。」
Pucchā – kaṃ āvuso ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:「尊者,何者且为此法中现今所定之义?」
Vissajjanā – sambahule bhante bhikkhū ārabbha paññattaṃ, sambahulā bhante bhikkhū anuvassaṃ santhataṃ kārāpesuṃ, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答曰:「尊者,比库众中多有起始所定,是以多有比库继承持续勤行者,于此法中有所定意。」
Pucchā – kassa āvuso vacanaṃ.
问曰:「尊者,此言者为何?」
Vissajjanā – bhagavato bhante vacanaṃ arahato sammāsambuddhassa.
答曰:「即是世尊之言,是阿拉汉、正自觉者之语。」
Pucchā – kenāvuso ābhataṃ.
问曰:「尊者,此语由何而生?」
Vissajjanā – paramparāya bhante ābhataṃ.
答曰:「由传承宗派故也,尊者。」
Pucchā – atthi nukho āvuso ettha koci viraddhadoso.
问:尊者,这里是否有任何违反规定的过失?
Vissajjanā – natthi bhante.
答:没有,尊者。
Saṃgāyanatthāya saṅghassa ñāpanaṃ · 为结集而告知僧团
Suṇātu me bhante saṅgho, ahaṃ āyasmantaṃ vicittasārābhivaṃsaṃ tipiṭakadhara dhammabhaṇḍāgārikaṃ imesaṃ nissaggiyapācittiyasikkhāpadānaṃ yāva chabbassasikkhāpadaṃ nidānādīni pucchitabbāni anekāni ṭhānāni pucchiṃ, puṭṭhopuṭṭho ca so āyasmā vicittasārābhivaṃso vissajjesi, itihidaṃ bhante imāni sikkhāpadāni nimmalāni suparisuddhānī tasseva bhagavato vacanāni arahato sammāsambuddhassa, tasmā yathāpure mahākassapādayo mahātheravarā porāṇasaṃgītikārā brahmacariyassa ciraṭṭhitiyā bahujanahitāya bahujanasukhāya lokānukampāya atthāya hitāya sukhāya devamanussānaṃ dhammavinayaṃ saṃgāyiṃsu ceva anusaṃgāyiṃsu ca, evameva mayampi dāni sabbeva chaṭṭhasaṃgīti mahādhammasabhā pariyāpannā chabbassa nissaggiya sikkhāpadato paṭṭhāya imāni nissaggiyasikkhāpadāni ekato gaṇasajjhāyaṃ katvā saṃhāyeyyāma.
请听我说,尊者。僧团中,尊敬的具寿比库维奇塔萨拉毕婆摩萨,三藏持有者、法宝库的守护者,关于这些非与取应悔过的戒律,甚至到第六章戒律的起始条款,有许多条款和不同的章节需要询问。我一一道问,维奇塔萨拉毕婆摩萨也一一开示解说,尊者,这些戒律纯净无瑕,极为清净整洁,正是世尊—阿拉汉、正自觉者的教诫。故此,如同从前,大长老们—以大咖萨巴尊者为首的长老众,古老的传承者,因为修持梵行之久,利益大众,利益众生的安乐,慈悲于世间众生,维护调护佛陀的法与律,集体共护。如今我等亦如是,已经包罗完整的六章大会,依据第六章的非与取应悔过戒律,置于一处集中整合,应当集体维护和守护。
2. Kosiyavagga 5. nisīdanasanthata sikkhāpucchā二、丝品 (五)坐具覆物学处问
Pucchā – yaṃ tena āvuso bhagavatā…pe… sammāsambuddhena anādiyitvā purāṇasanthatassa sāmantā sugatavidattiṃ navaṃ nisīdanasanthataṃ kārāpentassa nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ.
问:尊者,以前世尊——正自觉者未开示之前,那个古老的传承圈子中,为何又完整制定了这个非与取应悔过戒律,规定于何时何处?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante paññattaṃ.
答:在舍卫城,尊者制定而成。
Pucchā – kaṃ āvuso ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问:尊者,这个戒律最初由谁主持开设,又在什么地点制定?
Vissajjanā – sambahule bhante bhikkhū ārabbha paññattaṃ, sambahulā bhante bhikkhū santhatāni ujjhitvā āraññikaṃ piṇḍapātikaṅgaṃ paṃsukūlakaṅgaṃ samādiyiṃsu, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
释疑者答言:尊者们众多比库开始持有叉手衣,此众多比库分别收拾起衣钵、尘堆衣等行李,具足在野外托钵自食,此事在某物中已被规定。
2. Kosiyavagga 6. eḷakaloma sikkhāpucchā二、丝品 (六)羊毛学处问
Pucchā – eḷakalomāni āvuso paṭiggahetvā tiyojanaṃ atikkāmentassa nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ.
问者问道:尊敬的善友,剃除头发之后,超过三由旬而仍持有的驱逐戒犯,规定于何处?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante paññattaṃ.
释疑者答言:此规定存在于舍卫城。
Pucchā – kaṃ āvuso ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问者问道:尊敬的善友,此规定起始于哪处?
Vissajjanā – aññataraṃ bhante bhikkhuṃ ārabbha paññattaṃ, aññataro bhante bhikkhu eḷakalomāni paṭiggahetvā tiyojanaṃ atikkāmesi, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
释疑者答言:有一比库开始持有,另有一比库剃除头发后超过三由旬而持有,此此规定存在于某物中。
2. Kosiyavagga 7. eḷakalomadhovāpana sikkhāpucchā2. 国西亚品 7. 羊毛洗涤学处问
Pucchā – aññātikāya āvuso bhikkhuniyā eḷakalomāni dhovāpentassa nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ.
问者问道:尊敬的善友,某比库尼剃除头发后洗净头发的驱逐戒犯,规定于何处?
Vissajjanā – sakkesu bhante paññattaṃ.
『弃捐』者,『众长老们』所规定的。
Pucchā – kaṃ āvuso ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:『尊者,何事起头时,以何事为缘而被规定?』
Vissajjanā – chabbaggiye bhante bhikkhū ārabbha paññattaṃ, chabbaggiyā bhante bhikkhū aññātikāhi bhikkhūnīhi eḷakalomāni dhovāpesuṃ, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答曰:『诸长老们,在六比库群中开始时,六比库群与外亲比库尼,用细毛洗涤衣服,依此事而被规定。』
2. Kosiyavagga 8. rūpiya sikkhāpucchā2. 国西亚品 8. 金银学处问
Pucchā – rūpiyaṃ āvuso paṭiggaṇhantassa nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ bhagavatā kattha paññattaṃ.
问曰:『尊者,涉银财而受持者之不净戒罪,世尊于何处规定?』
Vissajjanā – rājagahe bhante paññattaṃ.
答曰:『世尊于王舍城所规定。』
Pucchā – kaṃ āvuso ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:『尊者,为何起头,以何事为缘而被规定?』
Vissajjanā – āyasmantaṃ bhante upanandaṃ sakyaputtaṃ ārabbha paññattaṃ, āyasmā bhante upanando sakyaputto rūpiyaṃ paṭiggahesi, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
释疑者说:尊者,尊敬的上师伍波难德,迦叶族子开始了限定,尊者,伍波难德迦叶族子接受了金钱,这个财物之中就有所限定。
Pucchā – kathaṃ āvuso tattha paṭipajjanto rūpiyaṃ paṭiggaṇhāti nāma.
问曰:善男子,请问实修者如何才接受金钱的呢?
Vissajjanā – sayaṃ bhante gaṇhāti, aññaṃ vā gaṇhāpesi, idaṃ ayyassa hotūti upanikkhittaṃ sādiyati, evaṃ kho bhante paṭipajjanto bhikkhu rūpiyaṃ paṭiggaṇhāti nāma.

问曰:善男子,实修比库如何才算是不接受金钱的呢?
Vissajjanā – yathā bhante rājasikkhāpade yathā ca bhante meṇḍakasikkhāpade āgacchati, tathā bhante paṭipajjanto bhikkhu rūpiyaṃ na paṭiggaṇhātināma.
释疑者答:比如尊者,君王所施的教育礼物,比如尊者,僧院所供养的琴师来临,这样实修比库就算是不接受金钱。

回答者问道:尊者,朋友,请问从何时起在何事上被规定了?
Vissajjanā – chabbaggiye bhante bhikkhū ārabbha paññattaṃ, chabbaggiyā bhante bhikkhū nānappakārakaṃ rūpiyasaṃvohāraṃ samāpajjiṃsu, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
询问者答道:尊者,比库们从六十余岁开始被规定,在六十余岁时,比库们获得了各种不同的银器器皿盛物,这便是在那事上被规定了。

第二篇·拘尸吠行篇,第十。身体灭尽的修习询问。

询问者问道:朋友,身体灭尽而生起各种不同的现象者,世尊于何处制定了不可舍弃的悔过法?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante paññattaṃ.
回答者答道:舍卫国被规定好了,尊者。
Pucchā – kaṃ āvuso ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:比库,尊者,请问哪一方面的事物中被限定了呢?
Vissajjanā – āyasmantaṃ bhante upanandaṃ sakyaputtaṃ ārabbha paññattaṃ, āyasmā bhante upanando sakyaputto paribbājakena saddhi kayavikkayaṃ samāpajji, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答曰:是关于尊者阿难多,释迦族子,在身体灭尽上限定的。尊者阿难多,释迦族子,与游方行者一同进入身体灭尽,就是在此事物中被限定。
Pucchā – kathaṃ āvuso tattha paṭipajjanto bhikkhu kayavikkayaṃ samāpajjatināma.
问曰:比库,请问在那里修行的比库,谓之进入身体灭尽者,是怎样的呢?
Vissajjanā – iminā imaṃ dehi iminā imaṃ āhara iminā imaṃ parivattehi iminā imaṃ cetāmehīti ajjhācarati, evaṃ kho bhante paṭipajjanto kayavikkayaṃ samāpajjatināma.
答曰:彼修行者以此地、以此物、以此食、以此变换、以此心意而知,即如是称其为进入身体灭尽者。
Pucchā – kathaṃ āvuso tattha paṭipajjanto bhikkhu na kayavikkayaṃ samāpajjatināma.
问曰:比库,请问在那里修行的比库不谓进入身体灭尽者,应如何?
Vissajjanā – yo bhante agghaṃ pucchati, yo ca bhante kappiyakārakassa ācikkhati, yo ca bhante amhākañca idaṃ atthi amhākañca iminā ca iminā ca atthoti bhaṇati, evaṃ kho bhante paṭipajjanto bhikkhu na kayavikkayaṃ samāpajjatināma.
答曰:比库,若有人愚昧发问,若有人对善巧之行作表白,若有人谓我等有此、有彼,如是说者,彼修行者不谓进入身体灭尽者。

放逸罪业——在长老比库中通行者所制。比库虽有轻微分别,轻微间断,或轻微断裂,然多起意散乱,亦通行于彼罪业。此罪业中通行者所制。
Na bhikkhave patto viññāpetabbo, yo viññāpeyya āpatti dukkaṭassa.
比库们,应知,若有人惊曝重罪,不应告知他人。

问曰——善友,服用药物后,渡过七日之期,出家人弃失该罪、应悔罪之时,于何处定制?

回答者曰:尊者,众多比库开始时有所规定,众多比库领受药物后,超过七日,彼此便超越此规定事上有规定。

询问者曰:再超一个月后,在剩余的冬安居期,寻找夏季布袍的应悔过规处何在?

回答者曰:尊者,此规定在沙瓦提地定。

询问者曰:尊者,请问何事上有规定?

回答者曰:尊者,在六个月之内,众多比库初始时有所规定,六个月内众多比库于剩余的冬安居期间寻找夏季布袍,此事上有规定。

问:比库尊者,若施与比库平常衣钵后,彼愤怒心不正而撕毁该衣,遣除犯戒及悔过作在哪里规定?

答:尊者大德,是以萨咖子弟伍波难德比库为例。伍波难德比库施与平常衣钵后,因心不正愤怒撕毁该衣物,此事中规定。

问:平常衣钵若经咏诵清楚后,用绳索撕毁该衣者,遣除犯戒及悔过作在哪里规定?

答曰:「在六师团中,尊者,比库们开始时设有专门法规。六师团中,比库们共同宣布了戒律,或用细绳捆绑袈裟,或用细绳缝补袈裟,此类事项中设有专门法规。」

Pucchā – pubbe appavāritassa āvuso aññātakassa gahapatikassa tantavāye upasaṅkamitvā cīvare vikappaṃ āpajjantassa nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ.
问曰:「尊者,过去未曾启示的未知在家人,前来用细绳捆缚袈裟而致袈裟破损者,其逐出僧团应悔过律处,设于何处?」

答曰:「在沙瓦提,尊者,这是设有专门法规之处。」

答曰:「起始于尊者,尊者上难陀,释子。尊者上难陀,释子,曾前来,用细绳捆缚袈裟,致袈裟破损,故逐出僧团悔过律设于此事项中。」

Pucchā – acceka cīvaraṃ āvuso paṭiggahetvā cīvarakālasamayaṃ atikkāmentassa nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ.
问讯者说:比库阿阇梨,若有人接受一件单件袈裟,在袈裟用时期限届满后又超越使用期限,该当何处犯尼萨耆亚戒?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante paññattaṃ.
回答者说:此戒规定于沙瓦提。

问讯者说:比库阿阇梨,从何时起、属于何种情形而定为此戒?

问讯者说:比库阿阇梨,三件袈裟中的其中一件若放置于内室,长时间无所用而超期,该犯尼萨耆亚巴吉帝亚戒当何处制定?

回答者说:此戒规制于沙瓦提。

回答曰:『尊者,众多比库开始有所规定,是因众多比库于三衣中,将其中一衣安置于内室,闲时处于独自通行,因此于此法上有所规定。』

Pucchā – yaṃ tena āvuso bhagavatā passatā arahatā sammāsambuddhena jānaṃ saṅghikaṃ lābhaṃ atthano pariṇāmentassa nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ.
询问曰:『尊者,那由世尊所见阿拉汉、正自觉者所知之,关于僧团利益及自己利益所成之放弃不净戒,究竟于是何事何法上而有所规定?』
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante paññattaṃ.
回答曰:『尊者,是在舍卫城有所规定。』

询问曰:『尊者,请问开始于何事何法上而有所规定?』

回答曰:『尊者,在六十事上众多比库开始有所规定,因于六十事比库获得僧团利益,于自己利益成熟,故于此法上有所规定。』
Pucchā – jānaṃ āvuso saṅghikaṃ lābhaṃ pariṇataṃ attano pariṇāmento, kati āpattiyo āpajjati.
问曰:阁下知晓比库共同所有的财物获得完全合法成就后,经自己转为私有分别后,会产生多少过失吗?
Vissajjanā – jānaṃ bhante saṅghikaṃ lābhaṃ pariṇataṃ attano pariṇāmento dve āpattiyo āpajjati, pariṇāmeti payoge dukkaṭaṃ, pariṇāmite nissaggiyaṃ pācittiyaṃ, jānaṃ bhante saṅghikaṃ lābhaṃ pariṇataṃ attano pariṇāmento imā dve āpattiyo āpajjati.
答曰:尊者所知,比库共同财物获得完全合法成就后,经自己转为私有分别,会产生两种过失。所谓『转为私有』时,意味着犯有恶行;『转为私有』时,则犯有不舍弃的悔戒法戒。尊者明了,比库共同财物获得完全合法成就后,转为私有分别者,正是这两种过失。

答曰:尊者这是由世世代代传统承传的教诲。

问曰:「尊者,在那里是否存在某种恶意怨恨?」

答曰:「没有,尊者。」

愿比库僧团聆听于我,尊者,我今向尊者请问关于这十六个不可失戒的戒律及其根本及其他众多须问之事,尊者,我问问这位长老巧妙的佛法知识宝库持有者;他细致详尽地回答。诚如,尊者,这是由戒律而生的清净庄严,是极为纯净、完美,正如世尊世尊如来阿拉汉正觉者之言。故此,正如古时大长老大咖萨巴尊者及其他古德,在出家修行世尊教法的长期兴盛期间,为了众多众生利益及幸福,出于慈悲,整齐集合并护持佛法戒律,我等现在也应如此,将这六十八戒严密集结,整理规约,统一成册,共同维护。

问曰:「尊者,哪一条由世尊、阿拉汉、正觉如来所知所见所了知的过失,因妄语所生的犯戒,在哪里由谁开始,于哪一事上被规定?」

问:朋友,对于未调伏者经常反复地同床共处所犯的应悔过,于何处约定?从何处开始?于何事中被约定?

答:于阿拉维尊者约定成俗,众多比库开始约定,众多比库对未调伏者经常共处所犯,应于此事中作约定。

Vissajjanā – ekādasannaṃ bhante puggalānaṃ anupasampannena sahaseyyaṃ kappentānaṃ anāpatti, dvetisso rattiyo vasatī, ūnakadve tisso rattiyo vasati, dverattiyo vasitvā tatiyāyarattiyā purāruṇā nikkhamitvā puna vasati, sabbacchanne sabbaaparicchanne, sabbaparicchanne sabbaacchanne, yebhuyyena acchanne yebhuyyena aparicchanne, anupasampanne nipanne bhikkhu nisīdati, bhikkhunipanne anupasampanno nisīdati, ubhovā nisīdanti, ummattakassa, ādikammikassa, imesaṃkho bhante ekādasannaṃ puggalānaṃ anupasampannena sahaseyyaṃ kappentānaṃ anāpatti.
责备者——在此教法中,尊者,指的是十一位未得具足戒律而强行同寝之人无过失者;他们同寝已达二十三夜,或不足二十三夜但超过二十夜,或同寝两夜之后第三夜在黎明时分离开而复居其处;无论是完全被覆者、部分被覆者、全部未被覆者、多少被覆多少未被覆者、不具足戒律却入坐者,比库坐着,未具足戒律的比库尼也坐着,双方同坐;狂暴者、行恶者,尊者,这是十一位未得具足戒律而强行同寝之人无过失者。

问——比库近侍,师弟,请问强行同寝者之悔过条文何所规定?从何处起,具体在何内容中有定明?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante āyasmantaṃ anuruddhaṃ ārabbha paññattaṃ, āyasmā bhante anuruddho mātugāmena sahaseyyaṃ kappesi, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
责备者——舍卫城中,尊者阿努儒达起首,规定已立;尊者阿努儒达对强行同寝者说法,具体内容在彼处定明。

问——近侍于比库,师弟,请问对比库近侍以六语说法者,悔过条文何所规定?从何处起,具体内容在何处定明?

Pucchā – anupasampannassa āvuso uttarimanussadhammaṃ bhūtaṃ ārocentassa pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问——师弟,请问未得具足戒律者,劝说其弃除人间法者,其悔过条文何所规定?从何起,具体内容在何处定明?
Vissajjanā – vesāliyaṃ bhante vaggumudātīriye bhikkhū ārabbha paññattaṃ, vaggumudātīriyā bhante bhikkhū gihīnaṃ aññamaññassa uttarimanussadhammassa vaṇṇaṃ bhāsiṃsu, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
回答者说:尊者,此规矩最初由韦萨里迦村的比库们所制定。韦萨里迦的比库们议论娶妻的居士之间彼此为对方添烦恼的行为,于是在此规矩中定了相应的规范。

提问者问:尊者,关于比库对未加调伏说杂乱无伦之语者的惩戒,规矩的出处在哪,起于何人,涉及哪些内容?

回答者说:尊者,此规矩最先由萨伐底迦村的六十五人组成的比库团体所制定。萨伐底迦的比库们对未加调伏者说杂乱无伦之语的行为进行了指责,因而定了这条规矩。

提问者问:尊者,关于踩踏土地者的惩戒,规矩是在哪制定的,起于何人,内容是什么?
Vissajjanā – āḷaviyaṃ bhante āḷavike bhikkhū ārabbha paññattaṃ, āḷavikā bhante bhikkhū pathaviṃkhaṇiṃsu, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
回答者说:尊者,此规矩最初由阿拉维村的阿拉维比库们成立。阿拉维的比库们曾有踩踏土地之事,因此制定了此规矩。
2. Bhūtagāmavaggo, 1. bhūtagāma sikkhāpucchā二、植物品,一、植物学处问
Pucchā – bhūtagāmapātabyatāya pācittiyaṃ āvuso bhagavatā kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
提问者问:尊者,关于陷害耕作村民之事的惩戒,规矩是由世尊在哪里制定,起于何人,内容为何?
Vissajjanā – āḷaviyaṃ bhante āḷavike bhikkhū ārabbha paññattaṃ, āḷavikā bhante bhikkhū rukkhaṃ chindiṃ su, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
「灭却」者,尊者,此处指阿拉维国,阿拉维比库开始被规定观念,此中尊者,指比库损坏树木,在此事中被规定亦如是。

2. Bhūtagāmavagga, 2. aññavādaka sikkhāpucchā
第二篇,自然生起品,第二问:异议问法。
Pucchā – aññavādake vihesake pācittiyaṃ āvuso bhagavatā kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问:对于异议者挑剔者,请问尊者,忏悔戒何处被规定,自何开始,于何事中被规定?
Vissajjanā – kosambiyaṃ bhante āyasmantaṃ channaṃ ārabbha paññattaṃ, āyasmā bhante channo saṅghamajjhe āpattiyā anuyuñjīyamāno aññenaññaṃ paṭicari, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
「灭却」者,尊者,指国桑比,尊者长老从覆盖物开始受到规定,长老尊者覆于僧团中,因犯戒而相互通报,彼此礼敬,此中尊者,事由亦被规定如是。
2. Bhūtagāmavagga, 3. ujjhāpanaka sikkhāpucchā二、植物品,三、使人抱怨学处问。
Pucchā – ujjhāpanake khiyyanake pācittiyaṃ āvuso bhagavatā kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问:对于诵告者斥责者的忏悔戒,请问尊者,于何处被规定,从何开始,于何事中被规定?
Vissajjanā – rājagahe bhante mettiyabhūmajake bhikkhū ārabbha paññattaṃ, mettiyabhūmajakā bhante bhikkhū āyasmantaṃ dabbaṃ mallaputtaṃ bhikkhū ujjhāpesuṃ, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
「灭却」者,尊者,于王舍城,以财物施赏土地的比库,开始被规定,以施赏土地之比库,尊者比库诵告长老答巴马喇子比库,此中尊者,事由亦被规定如是。
2. Bhūtagāmavagga, 4. paṭhama senāsana sikkhāpucchā二、植物品,四、第一坐卧处学处问。
Pucchā – saṅghikaṃ āvuso mañcaṃvā pīṭhaṃvā bhisiṃvā kocchaṃvā ajjhokāse santharitvā anuddharitvā anāpucchā pakkamantassa pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:比库们啊,在僧院中,无论是床、榻、席垫或褥子等,安置、升放、整理后,未经询问就私自离开者,应受什么过失?是在什么事项中规定的?缘起为何?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante sambahule bhikkhū ārabbha paññattaṃ, sambahulā bhante bhikkhū saṅghikaṃ senāsanaṃ ajjhokāse santharitvā anuddharitvā anāpucchā pakkamiṃsu, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答曰:在舍卫城,尊者!多数比库曾起用过此规定。多数比库在僧院中,将寝具安置、升放、整理后,未经询问便自行离去,此即涉及此事项的规定。
2. Bhūtagāmavagga, 5. dutiya senāsana sikkhāpucchā二、植物品,五、第二坐卧处学处问。
Pucchā – saṅghike āvuso vihāre seyyaṃ santharitvā anuddharitvā anāpucchā pakkamantassa pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:比库们啊,在僧院居所上,床榻安置、升放、整理后,未经询问就私自离开者,应受什么过失?这是什么规定?起因何在?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante sattarasavaggiye bhikkhū ārabbha paññattaṃ, sattarasavaggiyā bhante bhikkhū saṅghike vihāre seyyaṃ santharitvā anuddharitvā anāpucchā pakkamiṃsu, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答曰:在舍卫城,尊者!十七众比库曾启用过此规定。十七众比库在僧院居所内,将床榻安置、升放、整理后,未经询问便自行离开,涉及此事项的规定。

问曰:是谁说的这句话?

答曰:这是世尊、阿拉汉、正遍知者佛的教诲语。

问曰:『尊者,何人受到过伤害?』
Vissajjanā – paramparāya bhante ābhataṃ.
答曰:『尊者,是由于世代相传的缘故受到伤害。』
Pucchā – atthi nukho āvuso ettha kocipi viraddhadoso.
问曰:『这里,尊者,有没有任何人心生恶意?』
Vissajjanā – natthi bhante.
答曰:『尊者,没有。』
Saṅghassa ñāpanaṃ告知僧团。
Suṇātu me bhante saṅgho, ahaṃ bhante āyasmantaṃ vicittasārābhivaṃsaṃ imesaṃ pannarasannaṃ sikkhāpadānaṃ nidānādīni pucchitabbāni anekāni ṭhānāni pucchiṃ, so ca puṭṭho puṭṭho vissajjeti, iti hidaṃ bhante nimmalaṃ suparisuddhaṃ tasseva bhagavato vacanaṃ arahato sammāsambuddhassa, tasmā yathāpure mahākassapādayo mahātheravarā porāṇasaṃgītikārā brahmacariyassa ciraṭṭhitiyā bahujanahitāya bahujanasukhāya lonukampāya atthāya hitāya sukhāya devamanussānaṃ dhammavinayaṃ saṃgāyiṃsuceva anusaṃgāyiṃsuca, evameva mayampi dāni chaṭṭhasaṃgītimahādhammasabhā pariyāpannā yathānuppaṭṭhānato paṭṭhāya imāni sikkhāpadāni ekato gaṇasajjhāyaṃ katvā saṃgāyeyyāma.
愿听法,尊者!僧团们,请听,我愿问尊者具足智慧、不动摇之具寿的十五条戒律及其根本等许多应当询问之处,由尊者一一回复,这确实是世尊阿拉汉正自觉者无垢清净的言教。因此正如昔日大咖萨巴长老辈,以久住圣行、广作古歌,为广大众生利益、幸福,慈悲愿利天人,护持梵行,循守法律规章,吾等如今也应周全具足,守护包含六十戒的大法会。依当修行,整体维护戒律,聚合僧团,师承传授,亦如其理,应当如此。
2. Bhūtagāmavagga, 6. anupakhajja sikkhāpucchā二、植物品,六、闯入学处问。
Pucchā – yaṃ tena āvuso…pe… sammāsambuddhena saṅghike vihāre jānaṃ pubbupagataṃ bhikkhuṃ anupakhajja seyyaṃ kappentassa pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:『尊者,关于那位正自觉者所建立之僧团起居场所,若有人未经许可,擅自占用他人床榻,当处以何种悔过罚戒?此戒罚如何制定,由何处起始,适用何事?』
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante chabbaggiye bhikkhū ārabbha paññattaṃ, chabbaggiyā bhante bhikkhū there bhikkhū anupakhajja seyyaṃ kappesuṃ, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
释疑──在舍卫城,尊者,六众比库开始时规定,有规定说,六众比库长老们在没有请允的情况下使用席床,在此情形中,有所规定。
2. Bhūtagāmavagga, 7. nikaḍḍhana sikkhāpucchā二、植物品,七、驱出学处问。
Pucchā – bhikkhuṃ āvuso kupitena anattamanena saṅghikā vihārā nikkaḍḍhentassa pācittiyaṃ bhagavatā kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰──尊者,何处,为何情形,佛陀制有戒律,针对当比库被恶意责备、情绪愤怒时取舍众僧住所的情状,起何戒律限制?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante chabbaggiye bhikkhū ārabbha paññattaṃ, chabbaggiyā bhante bhikkhū kupitā anattamanā bhikkhū saṅghikāvihārā nikkaḍḍhiṃsu, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
释疑──在舍卫城,尊者,六众比库开始时规定,有规定说,六众比库愤怒时,在众僧所在之处毁坏住宿之处,在此情形中,有所规定。
2. Bhūtagāmavagga, 8. vehāsakuṭi sikkhāpucchā2. 植物品,8. 空中精舍学处问
Pucchā – uparivehāsakuṭiyā āvuso āhaccapādakaṃ mañcaṃvā pīṭhaṃvā abhinisīdantassa pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰──尊者,何处,为何情形,佛陀制有戒律,针对有人在住宿处小屋(高架小居室)上随意坐卧、如同蹬脚之座而不端庄时,戒律如何?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante aññataraṃ bhikkhuṃ ārabbha paññattaṃ, aññataro bhante bhikkhu saṅghike vihāre uparivehāsa kuṭiyā āhaccapādakaṃ mañcaṃ sahasā abhinisīdi, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
释疑──在舍卫城,尊者,有一比库开始规定,一个比库在众僧所住的栖居之处内坐于高架小居室上,且坐如蹬脚之座,极为粗鲁,在此情形中,有所规定。
2. Bhūtagāmavagga, 9. mahallakavihāra sikkhāpucchā2. 植物品,9. 大精舍学处问
Pucchā – dvatti pariyāye āvuso adhiṭṭhahitvā tatuttari adhiṭṭhahantassa pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰──尊者,何处,为何情形,佛陀制有戒律,针对反复几次违犯,先前已犯后又再犯者,戒律如何规定?
Vissajjanā – kosambiyaṃ bhante āyasmantaṃ channattheraṃ ārabbha paññattaṃ, āyasmā bhante chando katapariyositaṃ vihāraṃ punappunaṃ chādāpesi punappunaṃ lepāpesi, atibhārito vihāro paripati, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
维萨迦说:尊者,关于那位族属国桑比的具寿长老,所开始规定的戒律,尊者,止息者时常反复覆盖、反复涂抹的修行所,因过于沉重而散坏,这一处所中有戒律规定。
2. Bhūtagāmavagga, 10. sappāṇaka sikkhāpucchā2. 植物品,10. 有生物学处问
Pucchā – jānaṃ āvuso sappāṇakaṃ udakaṃ tiṇaṃvā mattikaṃvā siñcantassa pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:尊者,关于知晓的朋友,被浇水的土器或草席,哪里有悔过,依何戒律,起自何处规定?
Vissajjanā – āḷaviyaṃ bhante āḷavike bhikkhū ārabbha paññattaṃ, āḷavikā bhante bhikkhū jānaṃ sappāṇakaṃ udakaṃ tiṇampi mattikampi siñciṃsu, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
维萨迦说:尊者,关于阿拉维的比库们所开始的戒律,阿拉维的比库们浇灌了知晓的土器、草和泥土,这一处所中有戒律规定。
3. Ovādavagga, 1. ovāda sikkhāpucchā3. 教诫品,1. 教诫学处问
Pucchā – asammatena āvuso bhikkhuniyo ovadantassa pācittiyaṃ bhagavatā kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:不合规矩的比库尼们被谴责,世尊在哪里定戒悔,依何戒律,起自何处规定?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante chabbaggiye bhikkhū ārabbha paññattaṃ, chabbaggiyā bhante bhikkhū asammatā bhikkhuniyo ovadiṃsu, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
维萨迦说:尊者,关于沙瓦提六师比库们所开始的戒律,六师比库们谴责了不合规矩的比库尼们,这一处所中有戒律规定。
3. Ovādavagga, 2. atthaṅgata sikkhāpucchā3. 教诫品,2. 日没学处问
Pucchā – atthaṅgate āvuso sūriye bhikkhuniyo ovadantassa pācittiyaṃ bhagavatā kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:给养者,日出时比库尼被谴责,世尊在哪里定戒悔,依何戒律,起自何处规定?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante āyasmantaṃ cūḷapanthakaṃ ārabbha paññattaṃ, āyasmā bhante cūḷapanthako atthaṅgate sūriye bhikkhuniyo ovadi, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
释曰:在王舍城,长老朱腊般踏咖开始讨论某一事,此事已定。比库尼戒师告诫朱腊般踏咖,指于此处之事,已达成共识。
3. Ovādavagga, 3-4. bhikkhunupassaya, āmisa sikkhāpucchā3. 教诫品,3-4. 比库尼住所、利养学处问
Pucchā – bhikkhunupassayaṃ āvuso upasaṅkamitvā bhikkhuniyo ovadantassaca āmisahetu therā bhikkhū bhikkhuniyo ovadantīti bhaṇantassaca pācittiyaṃ bhagavatā kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:比库尼聚集聚处,众比库尼前来服侍。询及罪过,是世尊所定何处?从何处开始,属何条目中确立?
Vissajjanā – bhikkhunupassayaṃ upasaṅkamitvā bhikkhuniyo ovadantassa pācittiyaṃ bhante sakkesu chabbaggiye bhikkhū ārabbha paññattaṃ, chabbaggiyā bhante bhikkhū bhikkhunupassayaṃ upasaṅkamitvā bhikkhuniyo ovadiṃsu, āmisahetu therā bhikkhū bhikkhuniyo ovadantīti bhaṇantassa pācittiyaṃ sāvatthiyaṃ chabbaggiye bhikkhū ārabbha paññattaṃ, chabbaggiyā bhante bhikkhū āmisahetu therā bhikkhū bhikkhuniyo ovadantīti bhaṇiṃsu, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
释曰:比库尼聚集聚处,有比库僧六条犯戒问题开始建立。六条中,比库们前往比库尼聚处,比库尼劝诫说:这是因果罪由,比库戒师与比库尼告知此罪,世尊设立于舍城之比库六条犯戒事中,确立此事。
3. Ovādavagga, 5. cīvaradāna sikkhāpucchā第三、教诫品,第五、施衣学处问
Pucchā – aññātikāya āvuso bhikkhuniyā cīvaraṃ dentassa pācittiyaṃ bhagavatā kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:尊者,比库尼所赠外人衣服之罪,何处罪犯是世尊所立?从何开始,确立于何条目中?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante aññataraṃ bhikkhuṃ ārabbha paññattaṃ, aññataro bhante bhikkhu aññātikāya bhikkhuniyā cīvaraṃ adāsi, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
释曰:在舍城,某比库犯戒开始。某比库赠送外人比库尼衣服,世尊在此事中设立该罪,确立于此条中。
3. Ovādavagga, 6. cīvarasibbana sikkhāpucchā第三、教诫品,第六、缝衣学处问
Pucchā – aññātikāya āvuso bhikkhuniyā cīvaraṃ sibbentassa pācittiyaṃ bhagavatā kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:尊者,比库尼剪他人衣服之罪,何处犯戒是世尊所立?从何开始,确立于何条目中?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante āyasmantaṃ udāyiṃ ārabbha paññattaṃ, āyasmā bhante udāyī aññātikāya bhikkhuniyā cīvaraṃ sibbesi, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
释疑——在沙瓦提,有一位具寿尊者乌答夷沙门开始时制定了规条,具寿者乌答夷为其外族比库尼缝制袈裟,尤指在此衣料方面制定了规条。

Pucchā – bhikkhunayā āvuso saddhiṃ saṃvidhāya ekaddhānamaggaṃ paṭipajjantassa pācittiyaṃ bhagavatā kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问讯——比库尼们尊敬的比库们共同组织,专为遵行一个道途而拜悔的过失,世尊在何处制定,什么内容规定?

询问:尊者,对于点火后沉著熄灭者的过失戒条,是从何时开始规范的,属于哪一事由?

释难——尊者,众多比库中,开始时有规矩,众多比库聚集,熄灭灯火后就入睡,在这情形下有规定。
6. Surāpānavagga, 7. nahāna sikkhāpucchā6. 饮酒品,7. 沐浴学处问
Pucchā – orenaddhamāsaṃ āvuso nahāyantassa pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问——两位尊者,出家者沐浴之时,过了半个月,何处有犯戒?何时开始、针对何种情形有规定?
Vissajjanā – rājagahe bhante sambahule bhikkhū ārabbha paññattaṃ, sambahulā bhante bhikkhū rājānampi passitvā na mattaṃ jānitvā nahāyiṃsu, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
释难——王舍城中,众多比库开始时有规矩,众多比库见到国王后,却不清楚节度而去洗浴,在此情形下有规定。
Pucchā – kassa āvuso vacanaṃ.
问——是谁的话,尊者?
Vissajjanā – bhagavato bhante vacanaṃ arahato sammāsambuddhassa.
释难——是世尊尊者正自觉阿拉汉的教诲。
Pucchā – kenāvuso ābhataṃ.
问——由谁获知,尊者?
Vissajjanā – paramparāya bhante ābhataṃ.
放逸者——师父,彼依教行所犯的。
Pucchā – atthi nukho āvuso ettha kocipi viruddhadoso.
问曰——在此,尊者间是否有任何相违之过?
Vissajjanā – natthi bhante.
答曰——没有,师父。
Suṇātu me bhante saṅgho…pe… saṃgāyeyyāma.
使我听闻吧,师父,僧团……之类……共处。
Pucchā – yaṃ tena āvuso…pe… sammāsambuddhena anādiyitvā tiṇṇaṃ dubbaṇṇakaraṇānaṃ aññataraṃ dubbaṇṇakaraṇaṃ navaṃ cīvaraṃ paribhuñjantassa pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰——那个尊者不敬重正自觉者,食用三种污秽物中的另一种污秽物时,犯戒的问题,何处定为巴吉帝亚?从何处开始,定于何事?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante sambahule bhikkhū ārabbha paññattaṃ, sambahulā bhante bhikkhū attano cīvaraṃ na sañjāniṃsu, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答曰——尊者,巴吉帝亚多由沙瓦提的众比库所始。尊者们不认知他们自身衣物中有巴吉帝亚,巴吉帝亚就在那些事上定。

Pucchā – bhikkhussa āvuso pattaṃ vā cīvaraṃ vā nisīdanaṃ vā sūcigharaṃ vā kāyabandhanaṃ vā apanidhentassa pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:比库尊者,若有人违犯了袈裟、衣服、坐具、针线包、身带戒,戒律分别记载于何处?从何处开始?属于哪一种事项?

答曰:尊者,此戒律之分别记载起始于舍卫城尊者伍答夷。尊者伍答夷自六法戒起初,采集他人手中生命即犯戒,皆记载于此事项中。

答言——『舍卫城尊者,某一比库从此处开始犯戒,另一比库乃是善知识弟子,与师共同行持同一出家道者,于彼门类下犯戒。』

Pucchā – mātugāmena saddhiṃ āvuso saṃvidhāya ekaddhānamaggaṃ paṭipajjantassa pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问言——『若与母乡共同行持同一出家道者,道诫之犯处应当何处?从何门类起,依何事而定?』
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante aññataraṃ bhikkhuṃ ārabbha paññattaṃ, aññataro bhante bhikkhu mātugāmena saddhiṃ saṃvidhāya ekaddhānamaggaṃ paṭipajji, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答言——『舍卫城尊者,某一比库从此处开始犯戒,另一比库乃是与母乡共同行持同一出家道者,于彼门类下犯戒。』

Pucchā – bhikkhūhi āvuso sahadhammikaṃ vuccamānena na tāvāhaṃ āvuso etasmiṃ sikkhāpade sikkhissāmi, yāva na aññaṃ bhikkhuṃ byattaṃ vinayadharaṃ paripucchissāmīti bhaṇantassa pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问言——『比库们称共法侣时,我尚未向他学此戒,若未曾向其他比库详细询问律行,犯戒之处当何处?从何门类起,依何事而定?』
Vissajjanā – kosambiyaṃ bhante āyasmantaṃ channaṃ ārabbha paññattaṃ, āyasmā bhante channo bhikkhūhi sahadhammikaṃ vuccamāno na tāvāhaṃ āvuso etasmiṃ sikkhāpade sikkhissāmi, yāva na aññaṃ bhikkhuṃ byattaṃ vinayadharaṃ paripucchissāmīti bhaṇi, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答言——『拘萨比里尊者,某尊者称为遮盖者,从此处开始犯戒,尊者遮盖,与比库们共法侣称时,如我未向他学此戒,且未向其他比库详细询问律行,犯戒之处应当在此门类下。』

问:尊者,关于比库因愤怒而以无上恶意打击、以及因激怒而攻击他人的巴吉帝亚罪名的规定在哪里开始、在哪个事由中被规定?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante chabbaggiye bhikkhū ārabbha paññattaṃ, chabbaggiyā bhante bhikkhū kupitā anattamanā sattarasavaggiyānaṃ bhikkhūnaṃ pahāraṃ adaṃsu, talasattikañca uggiriṃsu, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答:尊者,在舍卫城六十人为一众比库开始时被规定,在六十人组中,比库因愤怒而以无上恶意打击过十七人,并且激怒地攻击过三十人,这些罪名均在律藏释义相关事由中被规定。

问——友伴间因彼此争执而起纷争、争辩的智慧辩论之律条,制定于何处,起于何事?

问——友伴们因布施善行之心而后来失去这善行的律条,制定于何处,起于何事?

问曰:『比库们,师友们,在众僧中展开调查讨论、正欲发起请求时,如未得许可而起身离座的过失罪戒,在哪个条款中有所规定?起于何种事项中有所述及?』
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante aññataraṃ bhikkhuṃ ārabbha paññattaṃ, aññataro bhante chabbaggiyo bhikkhu saṅghe vinicchayakathāya vattamānāya chandaṃ adatvā uṭṭhāyāsanā pakkāmi, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答曰:「尊者,舍卫城有一比库,发起调查讨论、正欲发起请求时,未得许可就起身离座;此过失罪戒便依该事项予以规定。」
8. Sahadhammikavagga, 12. pariṇāmana sikkhāpucchā8. 如法品,12. 回向学处问
Pucchā – jānaṃ āvuso saṅghikaṃ lābhaṃ pariṇataṃ puggalassa pariṇāmentassa pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:『师友们,关于因众僧所得利益,经由修习者成熟完善的个人的成熟完善而产生的过失罪戒,在哪个条款中有所规定?起于何种事项中有所述及?』
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante chabbaggiye bhikkhū ārabbha paññattaṃ, chabbaggiyā bhante bhikkhū jānaṃ saṅghikaṃ lābhaṃ pariṇataṃ puggalassa pariṇāmesuṃ, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答曰:「尊者,舍卫城有六十名比库发起此事,六十名比库因成熟完善的个人成熟完善而产生因众僧所得利益的过失罪戒,此过失罪戒即依该事项而定。」
9. Ratanavagga, 1. antepura sikkhāpucchā9. 宝品,1. 内宫学处问
Pucchā – pubbe appaṭisaṃviditena āvuso rañño antepuraṃ pavisantassa pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:『师友们,先前未曾意知的,诸尊者安纳达进入国王前城时的过失罪戒,在哪个条款中有所规定?起于何种事项中有所述及?』
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante āyasmantaṃ ānandaṃ ārabbha paññattaṃ, āyasmā bhante ānando pubbe appaṭisaṃvidito rañño antepuraṃ pāvisi, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答曰:「尊者,舍卫城尊者安纳达发起此事,尊者安纳达先前未曾意知进入国王的前城,此过失罪戒即依该事项而定。」
9. Ratanavagga, 2. ratana sikkhāpucchā9. 宝品,2. 宝学处问
Pucchā – ratanaṃ āvuso uggaṇhantassa pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰——善友,取戒过(犯戒后应当受的忏悔仪轨)就戒法中何处规定?从何处开始?依何事所规定?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante aññataraṃ bhikkhuṃ ārabbha paññattaṃ, aññataro bhante bhikkhu ratanaṃ uggahesi, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答曰——尊者,戒律中规定在舍卫城,先有一位比库犯戒,然后另一位比库察觉取戒过,此依何事所规定?

Pucchā – santaṃ āvuso bhikkhuṃ anāpucchā vikāle gāmaṃ pavisantassa pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰——善友,晨起未问便入村落者,其取戒过就戒法中何处规定?从何处开始?依何事所规定?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante chabbaggiye bhikkhū ārabbha paññattaṃ, chabbaggiyā bhante bhikkhū santaṃ bhikkhuṃ anāpucchā vikāle gāmaṃ pavisiṃsu, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答曰——尊者,在舍卫城,有六十多位比库犯戒,然后六十多位比库晨起未问便入村落者,此依何事所规定?

应悔过(取戒过的一种类别)
3. Tatiyapāṭidesanī sikkhāpucchā3. 第三应悔过学处问
Pucchā – sekkhasammatesu āvuso kulesu khādanīyaṃ vā bhojanīyaṃ vā sahatthā paṭiggahetvā bhuñjantassa pāṭidesanīyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰——善友,在受戒弟子群中,若有人自行接受副食或主食而食用,其应悔过就戒法中何处规定?从何处开始?依何事所规定?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante sambahule bhikkhū ārabbha paññattaṃ, sambahulā bhante bhikkhū namattaṃ jānitvā paṭiggahesuṃ, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
释疑者答曰:在沙瓦提,尊者,众多比库已开始规范,因众多比库皆知只略微接触,于是彼等对此事项已规范。
Sekhiyakaṇḍa应学法篇
Pucchā – anādariyaṃ āvuso paṭicca purato vā pacchato vā olambentena nivāsentassaca pārupantassaca dukkaṭaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ paññattaṃ.
问者问曰:尊者,若有人因漠视,不顾正前后所依,倚靠与依附发生痛苦之处,痛苦于何处有规范?应从何开始,规范于何事中?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante chabbaggiye bhikkhū ārabbha paññattaṃ, chabbaggiyā bhante bhikkhū purato ca pacchato ca olambantā nivāsesuṃceva pārupiṃsuca, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
释疑者答曰:在沙瓦提,尊者,六和合之比库已开始规范,因六和合之比库于前后接触、依附侍奉,皆有规范,事涉此处。

释疑者答曰:在沙瓦提,尊者,六和合之比库已开始规范,因六和合之比库暴露身体,在室内活动及坐卧,皆有规范,事涉此处。

问者问曰:尊者,若有人无视规范,活动于室内时用手或足嬉戏者,彼此相视,或伸展身体,在室内活动及坐卧者,其痛苦所依何处有规范?应从何开始,规范于何事中?

释迦迦长老。尊者,在舍卫城的六个聚落中,诸比库开始修习一法,即在六个聚落里,比库们手足戏弄,互相看视,彼等就像回家,亦如坐定一般,安住于内室之中。尊者,此等即为经文中所称的修习法。
Pucchā – anādariyaṃ āvuso paṭicca ujjagghikāya vā uccāsaddaṃ mahāsaddaṃ karontena vā antaraghare gacchantassaca nisīdantassaca dukkaṭaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:尊者,谁若不尊敬而发出喧哗,或大声呼叫,或在内室行走,或坐于内室,作不善行,此何处有此过失所缘?是以什么行为,修习于何法?

问曰:尊者,若不敬而发出身体摇动,无论是摇动臂膀,或摇头,或以肩膀推搡,或翘脚,或坐于内室此等动作,何处有此恶行所缘?修习于何法?

污垢者——尊者,食用破坏净秽之物为不善,属国萨拉法中之规定。多尊者比库从此规定开始,很多尊者比库饮用破坏净秽之物的牛乳,于此事物中为有所限定。食用手掌边沿部分之物及食用肩膀边沿部分之物及食用胸膛边沿之物为不善,属沙瓦提法中规定。六部属比库从此规定开始,六部属比库食用手掌边沿、肩膀边沿、胸膛边沿部分之物,于此事物中为有所限定。

以净手接触水器及于寺院内废弃青丝布为不善,属婆伽斯法中规定。多比库从此规定开始,许多比库用净手接触水器,且同样诸多比库于寺院内废弃青丝布,于此事物中为有所限定。

询问道:因心怀忿怒且不肯回头的比库尼长期口出负言,涉及僧团戒律的出处在哪里?自哪位比库尼开始?属于什么规范?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante caṇḍakāḷiṃ bhikkhuniṃ ārabbha paññatto, caṇḍakāḷī bhante bhikkhunī kupitā anattamanā evaṃ abhaṇi, buddhaṃ paccācikkhāmi, dhammaṃ paccācikkhāmi, saṅghaṃ paccācikkhāmi, sikkhaṃ paccācikkhāmi, kinnumāva samaṇiyo yā samaṇiyo sakyadhītaro, santaññāpi samaṇiyo lajjiniyo kukkuccikā sikkhākāmā, tāsāhaṃ santike brahmacariyaṃ carissāmīti, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññatto.
释教中,有一位比库尼名为忉利,开始受到规范。忉利比库尼因心怀忿怒且厌恶出言道:我否定佛陀,我否定法,我否定僧团,我否定戒律,何须乃至其他沙门、释迦族子,甚至是谦逊羞愧、懊悔悔恨的修学者,我都要在他们面前修持出家生活。此时涉及戒律的出处在哪?

毗沙迦那答曰:尊者,是世代相承的损害。

问曰:这里是否有某种烦恼生长呢?

问曰:尊者,此前世尊……正自觉者所立的戒律中,吃了饭后应当受戒的规条定于何处?从何处起,记载于何事?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante thullanandaṃ bhikkhuniṃ ārabbha paññattaṃ, thullanandā bhante bhikkhunī na mattaṃ jānitvā bahuṃ lasuṇaṃ harāpesi, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答曰:在沙瓦提城,尊者,起于比库尼土拉南达,记载于其所犯之事:此比库尼不节制,拿取大量大蒜,故于此事中有所规定。

问曰:尊者,若比库正用饭食或饮水,或灭火后仍立于旁边,比库尼因此犯戒,戒律中此规条定于何处?从何处起,记载于何事?

答曰:在沙瓦提城,尊者,从一比库尼开始起戒律,某比库尼站于用饭比库的饮水处与灭火处,故记载于此事。

问曰:尊者,唾吐、呕吐、用手抓挠、恶作剧于寺院石块上,若弃置不理,此犯戒律定于何处?从何处起,记载于何事?

问——比库,朋友,跳舞、歌唱或演奏乐器,为了观赏而去时,犯过慢戒(惭愧戒)是以何事为准,始于何处,依止什么事项而定?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante chabbaggiyā bhikkhuniyo ārabbha paññattaṃ, chabbaggiyā bhante bhikkhuniyo naccampi gītampi vāditampi dassanāya agamaṃsu, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答——尊者,犯过慢戒以舍卫城的六分比库尼团为准;六分比库尼团跳舞、歌唱或演奏乐器作为观赏活动时,依止此事项为准。
Pucchā – bhikkhupana āvuso naccaṃ vā gītaṃ vā vāditaṃ vā dassanāya gacchanto kaṃ nāma āpattiṃ āpajjati.
问——比库,朋友,跳舞、歌唱或演奏乐器,为了观赏而去时,犯何罪过?
Vissajjanā – dukkaṭaṃ bhante āpattiṃ āpajjati.
答——尊者,犯恶罪过。

问——朋友,夜深时在没灯的地方,与一男子一同单独相处,犯过慢戒是以何事为准,始于何处,依止什么事项而定?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante aññataraṃ bhikkhuniṃ ārabbha paññattaṃ, aññatarā bhante bhikkhunī rattandhakāre apadīpe purisena saddhiṃ ekenekā santiṭṭhi, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答——尊者,犯过慢戒以舍卫城某一比库尼为准;舍卫城某一比库尼夜深时在无灯处,与一男子单独相处,依止此事项为准。

Pucchā – paṭicchanne vā āvuso okāse ajjhokāse vā purisena saddhiṃ ekenekāya santiṭṭhantiyā pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:『比库,在隐蔽处,或在方便时或非方便时,有男子与一人共处,该犯戒过何处?从何事起始?依何事由定为戒过?』

答曰:『比库,释迦城中,有一比库尼与另一比库尼起戒过,二比库尼在隐蔽处,或在方便时或非方便时,与一男子共处,该戒过依何此事定?』

问曰:『比库,有人少穿袈裟,用外衣遮盖,且点燃干燥物,何事起始?戒过于何处定?』

答曰:『比库,释迦城中,有一比库尼点燃干燥物遮盖少袈裟,该戒过依此事定。』

Pucchā – attānaṃ vā āvuso paraṃ vā nirayena vā brahmacariyena vā abhisapantiyā pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:『比库,若自害自身,或害他人,或陷地狱,或破戒律,戒过于何处定?从何事起始?依何事由定为戒过?』
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante caṇḍakāḷiṃ bhikkhuniṃ ārabbha paññattaṃ, caṇḍakāḷī bhante bhikkhunī attānampi parampi nirayenapi brahmacariyenapi abhisapi, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答曰:『比库,释迦城中,有一凶恶比库尼起戒过,此比库尼自害身体他害他人,甚至陷入地狱,或犯戒律,该戒过依此事定。』

Pucchā – attānaṃ āvuso vadhitvā vadhitvā rodantiyā pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问:比库尼,你因杀害自己反复哭泣,其悔过罪在哪儿规定?是由何种因缘,依据何种事由规定的?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante caṇḍakāḷiṃ bhikkhuniṃ ārabbha paññattaṃ, caṇḍakāḷī bhante bhikkhunī bhikkhunīhi saddhiṃ bhaṇḍitvā attānaṃ vadhitvā vadhitvā rodi, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答:在沙瓦提,针对比库尼刁蛮苛刻行为而定罪。比库尼刁蛮苛刻,与其他比库尼争闹,自毁后反复哭泣,此为彼处因缘规定的罪过。

Pucchā – bhikkhuniyā āvuso cīvaraṃ visibbetvā vā visibbāpetvā vā neva sibbentiyā na sibbāpanāya ussukkaṃ karontiyā pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问:比库尼,你撕毁袈裟或使袈裟破坏,却未撕毁也未过分用力破坏,该悔过罪怎规定?是依据何事何缘?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante thullanandaṃ bhikkhuniṃ ārabbha paññattaṃ, thullanandā bhante bhikkhunī bhikkhuniyā cīvaraṃ visibbāpetvā neva sibbesi na sibbāpanāya ussukkaṃ akāsi, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答:在沙瓦提,针对比库尼图拉南达的行为而定罪。图拉南达撕毁袈裟,但没有彻底毁坏,也未用力破坏,此为彼处因缘的规定。

Pucchā – agārikassa vā āvuso paribbājakassa vā paribbājikāya vā samaṇacīvaraṃ dentiyā pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问:对沙门家住者或外道游方者供给比库尼袈裟,其悔过罪从何而生?根据何缘何事规定?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante thullanandaṃ bhikkhuniṃ ārabbha paññattaṃ, thullanandā bhante bhikkhunī agārikassa samaṇacīvaraṃ adāsi, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答:在沙瓦提,针对比库尼图拉南达而定。图拉南达给予比库尼一游方沙门的袈裟,因彼行为而生悔过罪,此为规定的缘由。

Pucchā – dvinnaṃ āvuso bhikkhunīnaṃ ekamañce vā ekattharaṇapāvuraṇe vā tuvaṭṭentīnaṃ pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:两人比库尼中任选一人或在同一床上、或同一睡具中性交,过失何处定有?何者为起端?依何事而定?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante sambahulā bhikkhuniyo ārabbha paññattaṃ, sambahulā bhante bhikkhuniyo dve ekamañce tuvaṭṭesuṃ, ekattharaṇapāvuraṇe tuvaṭṭesuṃ, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答曰:尊者,此事起始于沙瓦提,大众比库尼中起此过失;以及大众比库尼中二人于同一床上性交,或于同一睡具上性交,皆定于此事。
4. Tuvaṭṭavagga, 3. tatiya sikkhāpucchā4. 汝等品,3. 第三学问
Pucchā – bhikkhuniyā āvuso sañcicca aphāsuṃ karontiyā pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:比库尼中共聚持戒而行不善之事,过失何处定有?何者为起端?依何事而定?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante thullanandaṃ bhikkhuniṃ ārabbha paññattaṃ, thullanandā bhante bhikkhunī bhikkhuniyā sañcicca aphāsuṃ akāsi, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答曰:尊者,此事起始于沙瓦提,称为土兰南达的比库尼;她与他比库尼共聚持戒而行不善事,过失定于此处。
4. Tuvaṭṭavagga, 4. catuttha sikkhāpucchā4. 汝等品,4. 第四学问
Pucchā – dukkhitaṃ āvuso sahajīviniṃ neva upaṭṭhentiyā na upaṭṭhāpanāya ussukkaṃ karontiyā pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:怜恤同住者而不予照顾,亦不为照顾而勤恳,过失何处定有?何者为起端?依何事而定?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante thullanandaṃyeva bhikkhuniṃ ārabbha paññattaṃ, thullanandā bhante bhikkhunī dukkhitaṃ sahajīviniṃ nevaupaṭṭhesi na upaṭṭhāpanāya ussukkaṃ akāsi, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答曰:尊者,此事起始于沙瓦提,称为土兰南达的比库尼;她怜恤同住比库尼而不予照顾,且不为照顾而勤恳,过失定于此事。

Pucchā – bhikkhuniyā āvuso upassayaṃ datvā kupitāya anattamanāya nikkaḍḍhantiyā pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问:比库尼!尊者,若与愤怒、无我之心而违犯戒律,应当依何戒律章法?从何处开始,属于何种戒律事项?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante thullanandaṃyeva bhikkhuniṃ ārabbha paññattaṃ, thullanandā bhante bhikkhunī bhikkhuniyā upassayaṃ datvā kupitā anattamanā nikkaḍḍhi, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答:尊者,在沙瓦提,比库尼土拉南达即成为戒律章法的起始者。土拉南达比库尼被众比库尼示警,因愤怒而不具无我之心,犯戒律。此等事项属何戒律法条?

答:尊者,在沙瓦提,比库尼昌达迦梨即为此戒律起算者。昌达迦梨比库尼与群比库尼结党,犯戒律。此等事项属何戒律法条?

答:尊者,在沙瓦提,多数比库尼此罪起算。多数比库尼于二国及三国之间,在恶劣恐怖的邪师处游行。此等事项属何戒律法条?

问曰:尊者,请问外方游行比库尼在雨安居期间行走犯戒的巴吉帝亚事犯为何有规定?规定的开始于何时?涉及何种情境?
Vissajjanā – rājagahe bhante sambahulā bhikkhuniyo ārabbha paññattaṃ, sambahulā bhante bhikkhuniyo antovassaṃ cārikaṃ pakkamiṃsu, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答曰:尊者,巴吉帝亚事犯的规定起始于王舍城,当时有众多比库尼开始犯此戒,众多比库尼在雨安居期间离开出外游行,因此该情境成为规定的缘由。

问曰:尊者,请问雨安居结束后外方比库尼没有离开游行而犯戒的巴吉帝亚事犯为何有规定?规定自何时起?涉及何种情境?
Vissajjanā – rājagahe bhante sambahulā bhikkhuniyo ārabbhaṃ paññattaṃ, sambahulā bhante bhikkhuniyo vassaṃvuṭṭhā cārikaṃ na pakkamiṃsu, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答曰:尊者,此规定亦起始于王舍城,当时有众多比库尼开始犯此戒,有众多比库尼雨安居结束之后未离开游行,则该情境成为规定依据。

问曰:「尊者,那由世尊……正自觉者于王舍城或居舍或园林或池塘,前来瞻礼所造的戒责,戒责何处订立,自何事起始,记于何处?」
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante chabbaggiyā bhikkhuniyo ārabbha paññattaṃ, chabbaggiyā bhante bhikkhuniyo rājāgārampi cittāgārampi dassanāya gacchiṃsu, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答曰:「是于舍卫城,由六十二位比库尼开始制定戒责。此六十二比库尼前往王舍城及居舍礼拜,戒责即订于此事中。」

问曰:「对在家男女起的戒责,戒责何处订立,自何事起始,记于何处?」
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante sambahulā bhikkhuniyo ārabbha paññattaṃ, sambahulā bhante bhikkhuniyogihi veyyāvaccaṃ akaṃsu, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
释疑者问:在沙瓦提,尊者,多数比库尼开始遵守了限定的戒律;多数尊者认为比库尼应当具足戒律,这戒律就是限定之律。

释疑者答:在沙瓦提,尊者,开始规定了针对长眠比库尼的戒律。尊者指出长眠比库尼为居士提供了副食和主食,这戒律就是在该事项上作出的限定。

询问者问:亲爱的,无论是譬如邪术,或诳语诽谤言辞,何处规定了应当忏悔?这戒律自何而起,属于何种戒律?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante chabbaggiyā bhikkhuniyo ārabbha paññattaṃ, chabbaggiyā bhante bhikkhuniyo tiracchānavijjaṃ pariyāpuṇiṃsuceva vācesuñca, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
释疑者答:在沙瓦提,尊者,六辈比库尼开始遵守限定的戒律。六辈比库尼如同在言语上撒布邪术和诳语,戒律遂在此事项中作出限定。
Pucchā – bhikkhu pana āvuso tādisaṃ tiracchānavijjaṃ pariyāpuṇanto ca vācento ca kiṃ nāma āpattiṃ āpajjati.
询问者问:但是,比库如此亲近施行邪术且散布毁谤,称之为何种犯戒?
Vissajjanā – dukkaṭaṃ bhante āpattiṃ āpajjati.
释疑者答曰:「恶行,尊者,会生过失。」

Pucchā – jānaṃ āvuso sabhikkhukaṃ ārāmaṃ anāpucchā pavisantiyā pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问者曰:「知否,善男子,众比库无问而入寺院时,巴吉帝亚犯戒,具体起于何事?于何事门中犯戒?」
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante sambahulā bhikkhuniyo ārabbha paññattaṃ, sambahulā bhante bhikkhuniyo ārāmaṃ anāpucchā pavisiṃsu, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
释疑者答曰:「沙瓦提尊者,多数比库尼,最初犯戒;多数比库尼无问而入寺院时,即于尊者,何事门中犯戒。」

Pucchā – bhikkhuṃ āvuso akkosantiyā pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问者曰:「善男子,呵斥比库时,巴吉帝亚犯戒,具体起于何事?于何事门中犯戒?」
Vissajjanā – vesāliyaṃ bhante chabbaggiyā bhikkhuniyo ārabbha paññattaṃ, chabbaggiyā bhante bhikkhuniyo āyasmantaṃ upāliṃ akkosiṃsu, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
释疑者答曰:「韦萨离尊者,六成比库尼最初犯戒;六成比库尼责骂具寿尊者伍巴离,即于尊者,何事门中犯戒。」

问者曰:「粗暴者,如是群中议论时,巴吉帝亚犯戒,具体起于何事?于何事门中犯戒?」
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante thullanandaṃ bhikkhuniṃ ārabbha paññattaṃ, thullanandā bhante bhikkhunī caṇḍikatāya gaṇaṃ paribhāsi, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:「在舍卫城,师父,开始时有针对土兰南达比库尼的戒律规定。土兰南达比库尼对刚毅僧团怀有轻蔑之心,此事,师父,属于什么戒律范畴?」
6. Ārāmavagga, 5. pañcama sikkhāpucchā6. 园品,5. 第五学问
Pucchā – kulaṃ āvuso maccharāyantiyā pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:「朋友,对于村落中、蚊虫滋扰所犯的悔过事,规定于何处?以什么戒律范畴开始?」
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante aññataraṃ bhikkhuniṃ ārabbha paññattaṃ, aññatarā bhante bhikkhunī kulaṃ maccharāyi, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答曰:「在舍卫城,师父,从某一比库尼开始有戒律规定。某一比库尼,朋友,毁谤村落,为蚊虫滋扰,此事,师父,属于何戒律范畴?」
6. Ārāmavagga, 6. chaṭṭha sikkhāpucchā6. 园品,6. 第六学问
Pucchā – abhikkhuke āvuso āvāse vassaṃ vasantiyā pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:「朋友,在僧房中安住一瓦萨期间施犯悔过,规定于何处?以何事由开始?属何戒律范畴?」
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante sambahulā bhikkhuniyo ārabbha paññattaṃ, sambahulā bhante bhikkhuniyo abhikkhuke āvāse vassaṃ vasiṃsu, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答曰:「在舍卫城,师父,众多比库尼开始有戒律规定。众多比库尼安住在僧房过瓦萨,此事,师父,属何戒律范畴?」
6. Ārāmavagga, 7. sattama sikkhāpucchā第六,寺园品;第七学处问。
Pucchā – vassaṃ vuṭṭhāya āvuso bhikkhuniyā ubhatosaṅghe tīhi ṭhānehi na pavārentiyā pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:「瓦萨结束之时,朋友,比库尼于两部僧团间,有三处不料理处,此等施犯悔过,规定于何处?以何事由开始?属何戒律范畴?」
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante sambahulā bhikkhuniyo ārabbha paññattaṃ, sambahulā bhante bhikkhuniyo vassaṃ vuṭṭhā bhikkhusaṅghaṃ na pavāresuṃ, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
在舍卫城,尊者,多数比库尼开始了受戒仪式,同时多数比库尼于雨季结束时并未让比库僧团获得批准,此事于该事由(事件)中被视为已定的规矩。
6. Ārāmavagga, 8. aṭṭhama sikkhāpucchā第六,寺园品;第八学处问。
Pucchā – ovādāya vā āvuso saṃvāsāya vā nagacchantiyā pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:善友,关于训诫或共同外出乞食时的忏悔罪,在哪里被视为已定?从何时开始?于何种事由中视为已定?
Vissajjanā – sakkesu bhante chabbaggiyā bhikkhuniyo ārabbha paññattaṃ, chabbaggiyā bhante bhikkhuniyo ovādaṃ nagacchiṃsu, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
在萨刻(所诣地),尊者,多数六十余岁的比库尼开始了受戒仪式,多数六十余岁的比库尼行使训诫,外出乞食,此事于该事由中被视为已定。
6. Ārāmavagga, 9. navama sikkhāpucchā第六,寺园品;第九学处问。
Pucchā – uposathampi āvuso na pucchantiyā ovādampi na yācantiyā pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:善友,如在五戒聚会日,善友不问及训诫,亦不请求忏悔罪,忏悔罪在哪里被视为已定?从何时开始?于何种事由中视为已定?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante sambahulā bhikkhuniyo ārabbha paññattaṃ, sambahulā bhante bhikkhuniyo uposathaṃ na pucchiṃsu, ovādampi na yāciṃsu, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.

7. Gabbhinīvagga, 1-2. paṭhama, dutiya sikkhāpucchā第七,孕妇品;第一、第二学处问。
Pucchā – gabbhiniṃ vā āvuso pāyantiṃ vā vuṭṭhāpentiyā pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:善友,关于怀孕或哺乳的妇女,该如何做忏悔罪?在哪里被视为已定?从何时开始?于何种事由中视为已定?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante sambahulā bhikkhuniyo ārabbha paññattaṃ, sambahulā bhante bhikkhuniyo gabbhiniṃ vuṭṭhāpesuṃ, pāyantiṃ vuṭṭhāpesuṃ, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
释疑——在沙瓦提,尊者,多数比库尼从事破坏行为时,即是有定法,有明确规定;当多数比库尼使孕妇发作破坏行为,或使临产妇发作破坏行为时,此法中有明确规定。
7. Gabbhinīvagga, 3. tatiya sikkhāpucchā第七,孕妇品;第三学处问。
Pucchā – dve vassāni āvuso chasu dhammesu asikkhitasikkhaṃ sikkhamānaṃ vuṭṭhāpentiyā pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问——尊者,两年之内,阿阇黎在六种行为中未教导学尼者发作破坏行为的忏悔,是在何处有定法?是从何时开始?在何种法门中有定法?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante sambahulā bhikkhuniyo ārabbha paññattaṃ, sambahulā bhante bhikkhuniyo dve vassāni chasu dhammesu asikkhitasikkhaṃ sikkhamānaṃ vuṭṭhāpesuṃ, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
释疑——在沙瓦提,尊者,多数比库尼从事破坏行为时,即是有定法;多数比库尼在两年内未对六种行为受教的在学尼使其发作破坏行为,此法中有明确规定。
8. Kumārībhūtavagga, 9. navama sikkhāpucchā第八,童女品;第九学处问。
Pucchā – purisasaṃsaṭṭhaṃ āvuso kumārakasaṃsaṭṭhaṃ caṇḍiṃ sokāvāsaṃ sikkhamānaṃ vuṭṭhāpentiyā pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问——尊者,对于聚众男子、聚众少年、居住哀痛中修习的学尼发作破坏行为,是何处有定法?是从何时开始?在何种法门中有定法?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante thullanandaṃ bhikkhuniṃ ārabbha paññattaṃ, thullanandā bhante bhikkhunī purisasaṃsaṭṭhaṃ kumārakasaṃsaṭṭhaṃ caṇḍiṃ sokāvāsaṃ caṇḍakāḷiṃ sekkhamānaṃ vuṭṭhāpesi, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
释疑——在沙瓦提,尊者,针对Thullanandā比库尼有定法;Thullanandā比库尼使得聚众男子、聚众少年、居住哀痛中的少年发作破坏行为,此法中有明确规定。
8. Kumārībhūtavagga, 10. dasama sikkhāpucchā8. 童女品,10. 第十学问
Pucchā – mātāpitūhi vā āvuso sāmikena vā ananuññātaṃ sikkhamānaṃ vuṭṭhāpentiyā pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问——尊者,对于未得父母或宿主许可的在学尼发作破坏行为,是何处有定法?是从何时开始?在何种法门中有定法?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante thullanandaṃ bhikkhuniṃ ārabbha paññattaṃ, thullanandā bhante bhikkhunī mātāpitūhipi sāmikenapi ananuññātaṃ sikkhamānaṃ vuṭṭhāpesi, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
释曰:在舍卫城,尊者图拉南达比库尼开始时已制定戒律。图拉南达比库尼对父母乃至同门修行中不被批准的在学尼提出规约,此规约即在此戒律中成文。
9. Chattupāhanavagga, 1-2. paṭhama, dutiya sikkhāpucchā9. 伞履品,1-2. 第一、第二学问
Pucchā – chattupāhanaṃ āvuso dhārentiyā ca yānena yāyantiyā ca pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:手持伞盖者及乘车者犯过,若犯戒处何处规定?从何处开始,又在何条里有所规定?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante chabbaggiyā bhikkhuniyo ārabbha paññattaṃ, chabbaggiyā bhante bhikkhuniyo chattupāhanaṃ dhāresuṃ, yānena yāyiṃsu, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
释曰:在舍卫城,六种戒尼开始时已立戒律。六种戒尼手持伞盖,乘车,这样的行为在此戒条中有所规定。
9. Chattupāhanavagga, 4. catuttha sikkhāpucchā9. 伞履品,4. 第四学问
Pucchā – itthālaṅkāraṃ āvuso dhārentiyā pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:女用装饰品,若持有犯过,犯过处在哪?从何处开始,何条有规定?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante chabbaggiyā bhikkhuniyo ārabbha paññattaṃ, chabbaggiyā bhante bhikkhuniyo itthālaṅkāraṃ dhāresuṃ, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
释曰:在舍卫城,六种戒尼开始时已立戒律。六种戒尼佩戴女用装饰品,此行为在这条戒文中有所规定。
Pucchā – bhikkhu pana āvuso purisālaṅkāraṃ dhārento kiṃ nāma āpattiṃ āpajjeyya.
问曰:比库如果持有男子装饰物,所称过失是什么?发生戒犯为何?
Vissajjanā – dukkaṭaṃ bhante āpattiṃ āpajjeyya.
「烦恼」者,尊者,谓犯恶行之过失。
9. Chattupāhanavagga, 5. pañcama sikkhāpucchā9. 伞履品,5. 第五学问
Pucchā – gandhavaṇṇakena āvuso nahāyantiyā pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:尊者,关于用香料或染色剂浴净之事,以此事犯戒的处所,是在何处规定,从何事开始规定,又在何种事项中有所规定?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante chabbaggiyā bhikkhuniyo ārabbha paññattaṃ, chabbaggiyā bhante bhikkhuniyo gandhavaṇṇakena nahāyiṃsu, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答曰:尊者,于舍卫城,以六种香料浴净之比库尼们开始作罪,六种香料浴净之事为犯戒之事项,于此尊者,于此事项中有所规定。
9. Chattupāhanavagga, 11. ekādasama sikkhāpucchā9. 伞履品,11. 第十一学问
Pucchā – bhikkhussa āvuso purato anāpucchā āsane nisīdantiyā pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:尊者,比库们坐于未曾请问之座位正前方时,犯戒之处所是何?从何事开始,属何种事项中有所规定?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante sambahulā bhikkhuniyo ārabbha paññattaṃ, sambahulā bhante bhikkhuniyo bhikkhussa purato anāpucchā āsane nisīdiṃsu, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
答曰:尊者,于舍卫城,许多比库尼们开始犯戒,许多比库尼们坐于比库正前方未请问之座位,于此尊者,该事项有所规定。
9. Chattupāhanavagga, 12. dvādasama sikkhāpucchā9. 伞履品,12. 第十二学问
Pucchā – anokāsakataṃ āvuso bhikkhuṃ pañhaṃ pucchantiyā pācittiyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
问曰:尊者,未曾请求许可而向比库提问犯戒之事,是于何处有所规定?由何事开始?缘何事项中有所规定?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante sambahulā bhikkhuniyo ārabbha paññattaṃ, sambahulā bhante bhikkhuniyo anokāsakataṃ bhikkhuṃ pañhaṃ pucchiṃsu, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
维萨建那长老说:沙瓦提城内,诸多比库尼开始询问有关规定,许多比库尼向比库个别请问,长老,此处事中已有规定。
Pucchā – sappiṃ vā āvuso telaṃ vā madhuṃ vā phāṇitaṃ vā macchaṃ vā maṃsaṃ vā khīraṃ vā dadhiṃ vā viññāpetvā bhuñjantiyā pāṭidesanīyaṃ kattha paññattaṃ, kaṃ ārabbha kismiṃ vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
请问:善友,是否关于油、蜜、乳酪、鱼、肉、牛奶、酸奶等是否可以食用,已作何申明,有何开始,存于何种事中作出规定?
Vissajjanā – sāvatthiyaṃ bhante chabbaggiyā bhikkhuniyo ārabbha paññattaṃ, chabbaggiyā bhante bhikkhuniyo sappimpi telampi madhumpi phāṇitampi macchampi maṃsampi khīrampi dadhimpi viññāpetvā bhuñjiṃsu, tasmiṃ bhante vatthusmiṃ paññattaṃ.
维萨建那长老答言:沙瓦提城内,六种食物起始已有比库尼们的规定,比库尼们以油、蜜、乳酪、鱼、肉、牛奶、酸奶明示并食用,此事中已有规定。

请问:四种善友之过失中,何为过失?
Vissajjanā – ācāravipatti bhante.
维萨建那长老答:是行为上的过失。
Pucchā – channaṃ āvuso āpattisamuṭṭhānānaṃ katihi samuṭṭhānehi samuṭṭhāti.
请问:善友,所发生的过失事件,属哪几种事件发生而成?
Vissajjanā – catūhi bhante samuṭṭhānehi samuṭṭhāti, siyā kāyato samuṭṭhāti, navācato nacittato, siyā kāyato ca vācato ca samuṭṭhāti, nacittato, siyā kāyato ca cittato ca samuṭṭhāti, navācato, siyā kāyato ca vācato ca cittato ca samuṭṭhāti, imehi bhante catūhi samuṭṭhānehi samuṭṭhāti.
『净除』者,由四种起因而生起:或由身而起,或由新生起而无心,或由身与语而起,或由心而起,或由身与心而起,或由身、语、心三者而起,这便是由这四种起因而生起。
Pucchā – kā āvuso vipatti.
问曰:尊者,何为逆境?
Vissajjanā – asaṃvaro bhante vipatti.
答曰:无节制者,尊者,即为逆境。
Pucchā – kā āvuso sampatti.
问曰:尊者,何为顺境?
Vissajjanā – saṃvaro bhante sampatti.
答曰:有节制者,尊者,即为顺境。
Pucchā – kā āvuso paṭipatti.
问曰:尊者,何为修行?
Vissajjanā – na evarūpaṃ karissāmīti yāvajīvaṃ āpāṇakoṭikaṃ samādāya sikkhati sikkhāpadesu, ayaṃ bhante paṭipatti.
放逸——此谓执持生起扑击众生的手段,不做此类行为,直至生命终止,严格遵循戒律标准,此即尊者的修行法门。
Pucchā – kassa āvuso vacanaṃ.
问曰——尊者,此言出自谁口?
Vissajjanā – bhagavato bhante vacanaṃ arahato sammāsambuddhassa.
答曰——此乃世尊,具足正觉、阿拉汉的尊者所说之语。
Pucchā – kenāvuso ābhataṃ.
问曰——尊者,此语由谁传来?
Vissajjanā – paramparāya bhante ābhataṃ.
答曰——此语乃世尊世代相承传授之正法。
Suṇātu me bhante saṅgho…pe… saṃgāyeyyāma.
愿我闻之,世尊!愿僧团闻之……愿大家共学此法。
