2阿难,犹如王者宝石般的大尊者,
Ānanda rañña ratanādi mahā yatinda,
3常住觉者,莲花般可爱的配偶;
Niccappabuddha padumappiya sevinaṅgī;
4以觉者为爱,厚重的觉者品德为爱,
Buddhappiyena ghana buddha guṇappiyena,
5由尊长们创作的蜜丸,愿饮用之。

7从未盛开之花的花冠中摘取,
Uṇṇāpapuṇṇasasimaṇdalato galitvā,
8脚趾如莲花,涂抹如蜜一般清凉的甘露。
Pādambujaṅguli dalaṭṭha sudhā lavānaṃ;
9使佛陀的行列如爪痕般遍布众生所有之处,
Pantīva satthu nakhapanti pajāvisesaṃ,
10愿净化者得以安乐,享受甘露般的清凉滋养。

12战胜魔敌环绕佛陀,
Khittāya māraripunā parivatya satthu,
13以脚掌踏遍胜利的四方及清凉之地;
Pādassayā jita disāya sitattalāya;
14那胜过黄金璀璨宝链的荣光,
Yā jeti kañcana sarāvaliyā siriṃ sā,
15为诸敌所畏惧,在战场上以胜利之指引引领众敌退却。

17金黄色泽,细腻清晰,纯净柔软,
Sovaṇṇa vaṇṇa sukhumacchavi somma kumma,
18如同地面的覆盖层那般,稳固而显现出增高的形态者;
Piṭṭhīva piṭṭhi kamatunnati bhāti yesaṃ;
19其稳固柔软,范围广大之处,
Tesuppatiṭṭhitasukomaladīghapaṇhi,
20是胜利者双足之足迹,是众生所敬仰的足迹。

22其头颅如莲花般洁净高贵,具备荣耀,
Acchera paṅkajasiraṃ siriyā sakāya,
23宛如在湖水之上漂浮的莲花,安然行走于上。
Ye maddino viya caranti saroja sīse;
24这诸贪欲如同枯萎凋零的野草,
Sañcumbitā viya ca tāni parāga rāgā,
25他们像一位圣人般枯萎,显现离欲之相。
Te nīrajā munipadā padadantu lakkhiṃ.

27未来时世,众生乐于善行与吉祥之本,
Agāmi kāla jana maṅgala bhattu bhāvaṃ,
28唯以言语为说明,如善巧之缘起相;
Vyākattumatra kusaleniva nimmitāni;
29如同旅途中百重的吉祥标记,
Yātrāsumaṭṭhasatamaṅgalakkhaṇāni,
30应当修习此路径组合,成就胜利吉祥事。
Sādhetu naṃ padayugaṃ jayamaṅgalāni.

32如同尸体的生命消散而平静安然,
Sassevijantuvarasantipurappavese,
33常常安住于庄严持设,犹如吉祥的象征;
Niccaṃ susajja ṭhapitāniva maṅgalāya;
34那些赋予此种吉祥标志者,
Ye te dadhanti kalamaṅgalalakkhaṇāni,
35愿他们成就胜利和吉祥的境地。
Vattantu te jinapadā jayamaṅgalāya.

37遍布诸方、降落于各处,
Sabbebhibhūya sapadesu nipātanassa,
38犹如诸界所显示的感知。
Saññāṇakaṃ viya yadassitasabbaloko;
39脚与脚下所踏平之地的土壤与水泽等,
Pādātyadhokatatilokasirovarā pi,
40使世间永远得到祝福和胜利的吉祥因缘。
Lokaṃ puṇantu jayamaṅgalakāraṇāni.

42为证悟除灭三界、超脱世间之依止,
Lokattayekasaraṇattavibhāvanāya,
43住持当下清明安稳之境所立者;
Sajjo va tiṭṭhati yahiṃ suvibhattaloko;
44此乃诸世间真实映照之明净光辉,
Taṃ sabbalokapaṭibimbitadappaṇābhaṃ,
45愿此两足成为众生与善士的缘起缘由。
Pādadvayaṃ janasusajjanahetu hotu.

47为了证得胜出于世的尊贵荣光,
Lokuttarāya siriyādhigamāya suṭṭhu,
48在彼处众生受到像两倍之力的保护;
Rajanti yattha diguṇāniva pātu bhūtā;
49犹如数千横陈首座之盾的眼睛,
Cakkāsanābhisahanemisahassarāni,
50愿众生在此处获得全然尊荣的护佑。
Tyaṅghī disantu sakalissariyaṃ janassa.

52犹如分别护卫两类众生的所在,
Yatrullasanti duvidhāniva pātū bhūtā,
53此处亦是法之普遍统摄天下的威权中心;
Dhammassasabbabhuvanassa ca issaratte;
54眼睛如同眼眠之物,清澈明净光明美好,
Cakkāni cakkasadisāni sudassanassa,
55因此众生以之为依止,行走于世。
Tānajja jantu saraṇā caraṇāni hontu.

57在七种童子之中,应由尊贵的尊者护持,
Sattesu vacchatu sirī sirivacchakena,
58愿吉祥安乐稳固长存于众生之中;
Sovatthi sotthimanutiṭṭhatu puggalesu;
59乐众人随顺而行,随顺者当为欢喜,
Nandiṃ janānamanuvattatu nandivattī,
60如同头上的发环,环绕于足踝。
Sīsānalaṃkurutu pādavataṃsako pi.

62应当向福德座坐近,向那幸福之座近前而坐,
Bhaddāya pīṭhamupagacchatu bhaddapīṭhaṃ,
63众生的增长应随顺而来,增长不断而扩盛;
Vuddhiṃ janānamanuvattatu vaddhamānaṃ;
64应当如满盈的风瓶般,对一切功德满盈而倾覆,
Puṇṇattamaṅgimanukubbatu puṇṇakumbho,
65护持并常护众生,免除堕落伤害。
Pāti ca pātu satataṃ janataṃ apāyā.

67未经污秽的纯白帕衣,不染恶行之衣,
Setātapattamapanetamaghātape taṃ,
68应如飞鸟常在,将恶道的敌害斩断切断。
Khaggo vichindatu sadā duritārivagge;
69不要生起诸染污,犹如刀割断荆棘丛林;
Saṃklesadāhamapanetu satālavanṭa,
70应斩断恶劣的习气,如同蜜蜂除去腐臭之物。
Saṃvījanī kumatimakkhikamorahattho.

72烦恼如同害人的猛兽,利齿锐爪攻击众生;
Ākaḍḍhano janavilocanamattaninnaṃ,
73应当远离诸恶,就如用钩索阻止通行之路。
Vāretu sabbagativāranamaṅkuso so;
74内心应如莲花盛开,纯洁绽放光明美好之境;
Pādambujassirivilāsaniketanaṃ va,
75应具有坚定不动的信心,如同被牢牢锁住的牢固铁链。

77恪守正法如同掌中莲花者,
Pāṇīnamattabhajataṃ varapuṇṇapattaṃ,
78当正当给予以手所执莲花,
Sammā dadātu padanissitapuṇṇapatto;
79足上犹如被生灵所系牵者,
Pādesu jantu manabandhanadāmabhūtaṃ,
80应令世人心中清净如其所施之制伏。
Dāmaṃ dametu vimalaṃ janatammanāni.

82火热如莲花瓣上之赤热足,
Uṇhīsakuppalamaṇīpadumehi pādā,
83愿以触诸生之手足饰之。
Sassevijantukaraṇāni vibhūsayantu;
84意志相应之具,非罪恶者,
Sannettanāvupagatānamanagghakāni,
85觉支七宝,若大海一般给予。
Bojjhaṅgasattaratanāni dade samuddo.

87崇高不变之特质,为已征服者常有,
Uttuṅga niccalaguṅā jitatāya niccaṃ,
88如同足底之尘埃常被奉侍;
Sevīva pādasiri nicca samubbahaṃ va;
89于此亦受萨咖重任,掌摧毁之职,
Atrāpi sakkabhavanubbahaṇe niyutto,
90如足下须弥山,以威德庄严各方。
Pādaṭṭhameru bhavataṃ bhavataṃ vibhūtyā.

92此处谓遍覆天地之广阔如轮顶,
So cakkavāḷasikharī pyavataṃ samantā,
93众生无不相互依赖并共存其中,
Sabbūpasaggavisarājanataṃ samaggaṃ;
94四洲之中诸小岛屿众多且数量达二千,
Dīpā puthūpi caturo dvisahassa khuddā,
95众生承载其上,行住无愧于此大地。
Dhārentvapāyapatamānamadatva jantuṃ.

97愿勇士觉醒众生,令其登上水边之地,
Sūro pabodhayatu jantu saroruhāni,
98如月光照亮宁静之莲,启迪心中明灯。
Cando pasāda kumudāni manodahesu;
99愿诸星宿诞生时一切吉祥美好,
Nakkhattajātamakhilaṃ subhatāya hotu,
100愿轮象征之旗帜,为打败敌人及胜利之象征。
Cakkaṃ dhajaṃ ripujayāya jayaddhajāya.

102成为能够征服天下、光明照耀的转轮圣王,
Jetuṃ sasaṃsada-sudassana-cakkavatti,
103能够恣意驾驭轮转,像象轮那样引导护持;
Cakkānugantalalitaṃ yahimāvaheyya;
104如转轮圣王善于循转,慈悲流布众生,
Cakkāṇuvatti parisāvata-cakkavatti,
105他所率领的君臣足迹稳固,众生得其利益。
Naṃvattataṃ padayugaṃ janatā hitāya.

107《普杰途摩迦塔》首陀如金刚座,
Pujetumāgata vatā vajirāsanaṭṭha,
108高扬意念,放弃苦恼,称为大胜将军所护;
Mindena chaḍḍita mahāvijayuttarākhyaṃ;
109如同海螺之声抵御魔怖,
Saṃkhaṃ paviṭṭhamiva mārabhayā padādho,
110愿此护卫之足迹永存安宁于尔等。
Pādaṭṭhasaṃkhamiha vattatu santiyā vo.

112金鳞双鱼与纯净饭食供养,
Sovaṇṇamacchayugalaṃ sivabhatta bhoge,
113尔等众人所愿诸多方便具备;
Icchā bahūpakaraṇaṃ bhavataṃ janānaṃ;
114像用葫芦形成的严密容器那样,谨慎而坚固的心思,
Kumbhīladhiggahitato va padutthacittā,
115切莫放开如脚掌火焰般燃烧的贪欲。
Pādambujākara vigāhi tu nopahontu.

117众生中生起的贪嗔痴等污秽之心,应当舍弃,
Sattāpagā janamanoja male jahantu,
118断除一切烦恼的热炎,亦当熄灭七种烦热;
Saṃklesadāhamapanentu dahā ca satta;
119寂灭并摧毁人间的七重锁链,
Selā ca satta vidadhantu janassa tānaṃ,
120这是在人世间声名显赫、影响广布的覆灭之旗。

122在帕坦吉城出行时,有助行者存在,
Pāṭaṅki santi gamane bhavatūpakārā,
123于燃烧之地应当放弃燃烧脚掌的扇子;
Dāhettanesu jahataṃ padacāmaraṃ taṃ;
124因其昏昧之眼喜闻恶名,
Sallokalocanamahussava-ussitaṃ va,
125应当弃置其伞盖,不能带来上等吉祥。
Vatteyya toraṇamanuttaramaṅgalāya.

127狮子猎王所至之处,有极大威惧,
Yasmiṃ miginda gata bhīti balāva daḍḍha,
128施与者其顶破裂,似被压迫一般。
Dānā natā siravidāraṇa pīḷitāva;
129那拉吉里山为黑色山峰的顶巅,
Nālāgirī karivaro girimekhalo ca,
130它是狮子所践踏的地方,击破坚硬如梁柱之物。
Taṃ sīhavikkamapadaṃ hanatā ghadantiṃ.

132恶毒之人应当被击打,足如黄金国王者;
Pāpāhino hanatu pādasuvaṇṇarājā,
133象王在黑暗之中,吞食一切无余;
Vyagghādhipo kalijane adataṃ asesaṃ;
134未曾得到狡猾之大蛇的祝福而获丰饶,
Vālāha-assapati sampatituṃ adatvā,
135应当在牛群中作恶,生养众多家畜。
Pāyesu pāpayatu santipurampajāyo.

137象牙似的长牙,优美而洁白,整齐光滑,锋利无比,
Chaddanta danti lalitaṃ galitaṃ rusamhā,
138不活动且稳固地伸展,其尖端坚硬不可动摇;
Luddetta dubbhini dise acalaṃ dadhāno;
139它是脚和手的主人,支配众生,
Pādaṭṭhahatthipati sampati jantutāse,
140因此能驱除怨敌,使众人欢笑安乐。
Tāsetu hāsamaparandisataṃ satānaṃ.

142象鼻王统治一切众生的脚,
Sabbaṅgino caraṇuposatha hatthirājā,
143愿他除灭四大洲中所有的邪恶与灾难。
Pāpetu sabbacatudīpikarajjalakkhiṃ;
144必当遵行跛足之行,谨守规束,循理持戒,
Kittīva pādaparicārikatā niyuttā,
145以戒为念,断恶修善,勤行正法。

147如同寒鸦之时,火焰笼罩其颈,
Sāmissa haṃsasamaye dahapāsabaddha,
148又如月圆时三月飞落之湖畔天鹅,
Māsīna vesagamako viya pādahaṃso;
149犹如行迹迷乱之哑鸦翅膀,
Nigghosa gantijitato viya mūgapakkho,
150应令众生普皆远离世间烦恼。
Yāretu sabba janatā bhavagantukattaṃ.

152放弃天界的华丽光辉以及这世间的一切,
Ohāya dibbasarasiṃ khilaloka sabba,
153如同迈开脚步进入戏乐之所、境界之滨;
Rammaṅghivāpimavagāhitavāva pāde;
154魔王使出手段,心怀恶意扰乱,
Erāvaṇo karivaro manasābhiruḷhe,
155似速速引导众生到毁灭之都。
Jantuṃ purindadapuraṃ nayataṃ va sīghaṃ.

157抛却支撑之树,远离风雨侵袭,只为避险,
Hitvā sakambhavanamaṅghinisevanattha,
158莫向此地嬉戏逗留,好似寄居于可怖之地。
Māgamma ramma taratāyiha nissito va;
159修行得道的圣者,步履轻盈似破波之浪,
Pāletva mūni padavāpitaraṅgabhaṅgi,
160身披绸缎似天衣的龙王,作庄严之态。

162其主头戴金色如簇云聚的华冠,行迹精妙,
Nāthassa kañcanasikhāvalajātilīla,
163如同优美的凤凰立于莲花宝座,端庄庄严;

164他用佛法宣说宛如热锅上青蛙,
Taṃ dhammadesanaraveniva luddakassa,
165于世间破除一切罪恶如同斩断残害众生之恶手。

167处于轮回海中的众生,
Saṃsārasāgaragate sadhane jane te,
168非处于四面金色的时轮天中;
Netampade kalacatummukhahemanāvā;
169而是身披涅槃彼岸的佳衣,心怀泰然自若,
Nibbāṇapaṭṭanavaraṃ bharukacchakantaṃ,
170如同远离污秽、具备智慧的圣人一般行进。

172圣者因觉悟智慧而全面成熟,
Sambodhi ñāṇa paripācayato munissa,
173正如食物被雪山之水所调和般,禅定成为其因缘。
Bhatto yathā himavataddi samādhihetu;
174以此方法侍奉,如同在喜马拉雅山脚下庄严恭敬,
Evammanena bhajataṃ himavaddipāde,
175愿成为觉知智慧圆满成熟的因缘。

177如同强大勇猛的智者所战胜的野兽群,
Daḷhaṃ parājitatayā muninā sarena,
178似空中降下的牢笼枷锁,
Suññassaropagata pañjara bandhanova;
179彼处于树木牢笼中的鹊翅鸟,
So pādapañjaragato karavīkapakkhī,
180拥有一切令人喜爱之语,已除一切烦恼。
Sabbesamappīyāvacañjahatā bhavantaṃ.

182那些如转轮王者、鸦鹊、鳄鱼等一切有情生命,
Te cakkavāka makarā api koñca jīvaṃ,
183以及生物种类,像水鸟在湖面上轻盈地翔游;
Jīvādi pakkhivisarā sarasīva bhuttaṃ;
184它们以大象步伐踏行,交替践踏泥土,
Vessantarena caraṇambuji nibbhajantā,
185如同昆虫待在某处之足迹上,永恒不变。
Jantu tahiṃ viya pade suramentu niccaṃ.

187此如月亮、飞天及金翅鸟等众生众生达到觉醒之境,
Taṃ candakinnaragatiṃva gatassa bodhi,
188正是那五百族裔之同体存在的体现。
Sattassa tassa sapajāpatikassa bhāvaṃ;
189比翼鸟和仙乐女在步行时低声细语,
Saṃsūcayanta pada kinnara kinnarī ve,
190愿他们在共同的道路上行进时远离恶业。
Sāmaggimagga paṭi pattisu pāpayantu.

192王者如泥鳅般承受重担,
Saṃrājadhānimusabho vahatagga bhāraṃ,
193应当用饮酒增福的方法供养清净的乳牛;
Pītippayo pajanayeyya savacchadhenu;
194雇佣技艺娴熟者快乐地耕作,扬起犁头,
Sassevino abhiramentu chakāmasaggā,
195在此处应持守于十六种根本法界进行禅修。
Dhārentu jhāyimiha soḷasa dhātudhāmā.

197闻得胜者之军队严整如雁群,
Sutvā jinassa karavīka sarammanuññaṃ,
198彼此无惧而互相依止;
Aññoñña bhītirahitā api paccanīkā;
199如同越过彼岸而站立,具七足形,
Hitvā gatiṃ viya ṭhitā padasattarūpā,
200希冀断除一切众生的轮回生死。
Sabbaṃ bhavassita janānagatiṃ hanantu.

202如黄金与黑铁的交织,以及君王之龙,
Sovaṇṇa kāhaḷa yugo pamamindirāya,
203犹如盛开的莲花含苞待放之瑞相;
Sannīrapuppha mukulopamamussavāya;
204恒常庄严安立,圣人立止之处,
Niccaṃ susajja ṭhapitaṃ muni tiṭṭhatante,
205双膝平稳,犹如莲花盛开,吉祥之相。
Jaṅghādvayaṃ janavilocana maṅgalāya.

207观察明艳,似两面镜像相接,
Lakhyā vilāsa mukuradvaya sannikāsaṃ,
208佛足饰物华美,似戏谑嬉戏般缤纷;
Tāḍaṅka maṇḍana viḍambakamaṃsu saṇḍaṃ;
209膝盖娇媚,宛若大海之波浪泡沫,
Jānudvayaṃ laḷita sāgara bubbalābhaṃ,
210成为世间独特庄严的象征所在。
Hotaṃ jagattaya nijatta vibhūsitunte.

212如同成对的象牙守护相赠宝物,
Chaddanti dinna varadanta yugopamānā,
213那象牙具满纯净之德,形状端正;
Taṃ hatthi soṇḍa kama puṇṇa guṇā tavorū;
214犹如澄清乳池,辉映黄金般的初现,
Līla payodhi siri keḷi suvaṇṇarambhā,
215肩膀丰满,充满众人的美德。
Khandhāva dentu paripuṇṇa gune janānāṃ.

217小腿坚硬如钝剑,身心稳重,脚步端正,
Jaṅghakkha kadvya samappita cittapāda,
218双眼明净,令心悦目,是那位禅定者。
Cakkadvayī manamanojahayo mune te;
219孔雀战车威风凛凛,内心却胆怯迷惑,
Sonī ratho sirivaho manasā bhiruḷhaṃ,
220于世间当中,繁华城市不宜轻易陷入恶行。
Lokattayaṃ sivapuraṃ lahu pāpayātu.

222欢娱绚丽显露,湖泊波光荡漾,
Rammora pākaṭa taṭāka taṭā savanta,
223水波荡漾如层层细帐,密布形成篷盖;
Romāvalī jala panālika koṭikaṭṭhā;
224肚脐深处汩汩流水清澈明净,仪态庄严,
Nābhī gabhīra sarasī siri keḷitā te,
225恰似含糊不清的心障,带来烦恼苦恼和污秽污染。
Sassevinaṃ vyasana ghammamalaṃ sametu.

227面色暗淡,形体凋零如腐水,肚脐凹陷坍塌;
Kanticchaṭā luḷita rūpa payodhi nābhi,
228周身环绕卷曲,整体浸没浑浊之境;
Āvaṭṭa vaṭṭita nimujjita sabbaloko;
229饮泣悲伤之水,吞受苦难痛苦之味,
Sobhagga toya nivahaṃ visaso pivitvā,
230愿其得超越世间之乐,脱离昏迷烦恼;
Lokuttarādi sukha mucchitataṃ payātu.

232充满深沉心旷之悲悯,
Gambhīra cittarahadaṃ paripūrayitvā,
233流淌如同悲悯甘露,缓柔浸润其体;
Taṃ sandamāna karuṇambu pavāha tulyā;
234臂膀轻柔,脐部端正光润,
Romālivallihari nābhi subhālavālā,
235赐予轻微的鲜明果实,贤者啊,供养于你。
Detaṃ lahuṃ sivaphalaṃ bhajataṃ mune te.

237损伤的如同枯枝,螺旋缠绕,杂乱毛发,
Cārūra sāriphalako kuṭilagga loma,
238排列错落交织,伴随华丽装饰和游乐;
Pantī vibhatti sahito siri keḷi sajjo;
239天界快乐之因,施与欢喜的娱乐,
Saggāpavagga sukha jūtaka keḷi hetu,
240乃三欲界快乐的根源,为须发之人所享受。
Hotaṃ tiloka sukha jūtaka soṇḍakānaṃ.

242心意深沉,压迫恐惧而畏缩不前,
Gambhīra citta rahado dara gāhamāna,
243心生慈悲与怜悯,为众生行使宽恕与抚慰;
Mettādayā kari vadhū kara sanni kāsā;
244如同浓密果实累累的青棵树,
Sabbaṅginaṃ sivaphalaṃ tanu deva rukkhe,
245其枝枝丫如臂膀,愿为你护持奉献。
Sākhā sakhā tava bhujā bhajataṃ dadantu.

247云雾含聚露珠辉映光华,
Nihāra bindu sahitaggadalopa sobhi,
248莲花双生披垂,花瓣分开向外。
Byālamba ratta padumadvaya bhaṅgi bhājā;
249如同被恶钉刺穿而痛苦不堪,
Pāpārisīsalunateniva ratta rattā,
250愿你的双手在这世间带来吉祥。
Rattā karā tava bhavumbhuvi maṅgalāya.

252你那光明华美的容颜与举止,在踏步行进时光彩熠熠,
Rupassirī carita caṅkama vibbhamā te,
253如同在泥泞水塘里用泥土筑起的桥梁一样牢固;
Piṭṭhī yathā kalala muddhani setu bhūtā;
254如此,成就世间现象超越之桥梁者,
Evaṃ bhavaṇṇava samuttaraṇāya setu,
255必是庄严金色之汇聚与亲近。

257善法宣说,悦人心怀,如猛兽怒吼之声,
Saddhamma desana manohara bherināda,
258行走于世间欲广布正法,故众生得以亲近;
Saṃcāraṇe sivapuraṃ visituṃ janānaṃ;
259口中如金般灿烂,发出美妙音声,

522如此,对色法的性质依次加以称说,然后由正念专注其利益,
Itthaṃ rūpa guṇānukittanavasā taṃ taṃ hitā siṃ sato,
523在此如同对众生念想慈心呵护一般,依照净世诸法,反复思惟观照,
Vatthānussati vattita iha yathā sattesu mettā ca me;
524愿诸善辈们如是持守,逐渐增长如是的觉悟,
Evaṃ tābhi bhavanta ruttara tarā vattantu tā bodhi me,
525以和合为财富,安乐存于生存,并依止善友共享安乐。
Saṃyogoca dhanehi santihi bhave kalyāna mittehi ca.
